前台靜靜服務特別好，態度親切，辦理入住效率高。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全。早餐非常豐盛，尤其是麪條和米線，味道很棒，性價比非常高。

環境不錯，服務挺好，之前不知道酒店接送機場的接送服務，打車還發了一筆錢。

晚上十一點半到杭州的航班，回去沒有地鐵了就選擇在這裏住一晚，本來覺得連鎖比較放心但是比較失望。
首先是接機，我們四個人在T3等了二十多分鐘，上車已經零點二十七了，真的很累，高峯期司機接不完我能理解，司機卻是沒辦法，但是酒店應該要解決在高峯時間段的方案，因為這個時間下飛機的都非常累了，還要在門口悶熱潮濕的環境中站二十多分鐘。
到了分給我的房間洗完手發現洗手枱的管子是漏的，肥皂水全部流到地上，前台説換房間，這個時候已經零點四十多了，還要把打開的行李全部收好換房間。
房間的餐巾紙衹有一盒，而且定的是親子房，就一個房間有，另一個房間和廁所都沒有餐巾紙非常麻煩。
第二天去洗衣服，洗衣房沒有消毒液，烘乾機開始使用的時候是正常的，而且前一個人使用完也是正常的，但是過了一個多小時我再去看的時候打開發現根本就沒有變幹，和鋼甩幹是一樣濕的，這才發現烘乾機這個標識下方寫了“已壞”，那為什麼工作人員發現壞了沒有把機器內的衣服放到另一個好的烘乾機內呢？剛我浪費那麼多的時間。而且洗衣房和房間內都沒有洗衣袋，我的濕衣服都衹能裝在酒店的環保布袋裡麪。
健身房內也沒有水和餐巾紙，這都是服務和設施的缺失。
總的來説這次住店非常影響心情，很失望。
