The people at the front desk are very warm and considerate. The rooms are fully furnished. The environment is quiet and comfortable. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It's very close to the West Lake. I took a walk with my mother in the morning for ten minutes. I didn't have to turn around and walked straight to see the West Lake. There are local snacks and delicacies downstairs. It's so convenient. I'll stay here again next time

Nice hotel, second time staying here, the last time was three years ago, quiet environment, good location, very close to the Science and Technology Museum and Natural History Museum for kids, very convenient to take the subway to West Lake, will come again next time, surprise there is a laundry room, very convenient!

The maintenance crew work all nights very noisy and the hotel staff change another room without me asking for it. The new metro is built only 200 m away from the hotel which makes it so convenient for transportation.

I went to Hangzhou for the Dragon Boat Festival. I have been busy since I came back. The review is a bit late. The hotel is in a good location. It is only a few minutes' walk from Ding'an Road Subway Station on Line 1. It takes more than 10 minutes to walk along Kaiyuan Road to the West Lake. It is very convenient to travel. Although the hotel is close to the road, it is not noisy at all. It is very quiet when resting. The hotel room is also clean. I booked a superior king-size bed room, which is just enough for two people. After all, it is a prosperous Hangzhou and in a core location. If it is a family trip, it is recommended to book a family room or a superior twin room. The room will be larger. The handsome men and beautiful women at the front desk have very good service attitudes and are very enthusiastic. On the day of the return trip to the West Lake, the hotel stored the luggage for free. The beautiful women at the front desk have a superb service attitude. When I left, the handsome man at the front desk also gave me a mosquito repellent bracelet. I will stay in this hotel next time I come to Hangzhou. Finally, a small suggestion, the hotel can set a water retaining bar at the door of the bathroom in the future. Although it is a dry and wet partition, it can prevent the water from the bathroom from flowing into the room and soaking the floor. Overall good reviews!
