The young lady is very beautiful, the service is very thoughtful, and the initiative to help. It is very professional and efficient. The room arranged is very satisfactory. The room is clean and comfortable, spacious and bright. The equipment is complete, the hall and the guest room aisle smell very good, the bathroom is very spacious, and the disposable toiletries are clean and complete. The breakfast dining area is also very comfortable and tastes good. The overall stay is very happy, if you have the opportunity to come to Hangzhou again, see you 👋

I really appreciate the staff at the front desk, very responsible and caring, especially one of the staff, put down the things in their hands, worked overtime to accompany me until late at night to solve my things, and kept helping me follow up the whole process, and took my things as her things as seriously. I have won a reasonable rights and interests for me. I am really touched. The overall service is very good. I sent 2 bottles of water before leaving. It is very warm.

Checked in hotel smoothly and hassle free. Receptionists are friendly and gave us a big room. Shower water pressure was strong and pleasant. Shampoo and shower gel smells nice. Air-cond was cooling good. Short walking distance to Metro Station (Xingang) Exit B, it takes 5 minutes by Metro Line 7 from Metro Station (Xingang) to Xiao Shan International Airport. Downside: no shopping mall or any shops available nearby. Need to use Mei Tuan mobile app to order food delivery to hotel.

When booking a room, I had to stay in Hangzhou for eleven hours for a connecting flight. his hotel is very close to the airport and comes with free pick-up and drop-off services。飞机比预期早降陆，我们在拿了托运行李后就在询问机场工作人员后就往接机的门口等。八点四十分已经拿好行李，约了接机是九点正。在九点前在汽车接人处等候。看着一辆辆别家酒店接客车经过都停下来一分钟左右（汽车只准许停留不超过三分钟）。九点正看到嘉虹酒店的接客车经过，它行驶在隔一条马路上，缓缓的走，我在马路的这边看到，发现它完全没有停下，招手司机也没看见，结果车走了。我估计它应该会转个圈回来，结果五分钟、十分钟、二十分钟过去了都没再见酒店车。于是就只好截出租车。想不到出租车拒载，理由是太近了。九点三十分又见酒店的车经过，它依然是缓慢行驶，完全不停下望望，我们招手都看不见。最后只好再截出租车，这回问出租车多少钱才肯载，结果开价三十人民币。没有办法之下只好上车。（注：我们是外国人，注冊不到国内电话，国外电话不能打出去）我觉得这样的接客方式真是太大问题了，太差、太令人失望了。

Excellent hotel to book if you are travelling late. Our flight from Zhengzhou got delayed and ended up reaching Hangzhou at 2am. It was a 10 minutes walk from T3 to T4 and the hotel is very comfortable. The front door was not sound proof hence could hear people talking outside. The staff was good and spoke good English. The breakfast was very good having continental options.

Room was nice and spacious, general hygiene of the rooms are decent. Only downside wades that our room was very strong smell of smoke, something we noticed about the building in general. If that doesn't affect you then I would recommend due it's value and location

It was a great experience, even though I only stayed for one night. There were a lot of activities. I made a fan by myself. It was my first time to experience making a handmade fan. I felt very accomplished! I won the first place in the sandbag throwing competition and was given a portion of sweet and sour pork ribs👏. At the bonfire party in the evening, the little friend also experienced roasting marshmallows, which was very delicious😋. Finally, our housekeeper Xiaonan was also very enthusiastic. No matter when I asked her questions, she would answer me in time. She would also remind us before the activities, and the key was to remind us to eat breakfast, which was great for those of us who don't remember time🌟
