Room is very well sized and we got a nice street view as well. Cleanliness is top-notch, and so is the service from the hotel staff. We are walking distance to Westlake, a mall and conveniently located right above an interchange metro station with 2 lines. Hotel room is modern design with many amenities available like a common hall to eat/hang out, laundry room with detergent, gym. There is also a roof top garden that boasts a great view of the west lake. 小张 from the front desk has helped with our check out procedures and was generally very helpful and nice. 小李 also assisted us with our bags when loading into the didi.
