The room is very spacious, with many windows for good lighting. The air conditioning has a good cooling effect, but it is a bit loud. The bathroom is also relatively large, but there is a problem with the rain. The control switch of the larger shower head above the head may be broken. It cannot be locked and water cannot be continuously discharged. However, the small shower head is okay. In addition, the hotel is next to the subway entrance, which is very convenient for travel.

The environment is warm, the front desk staff is very friendly, and the location is also very good. It is convenient to travel. It is very close to the subway station. There is a shopping mall next door where you can go shopping! It seems to be called Crystal City and Qianjiang Market. I recommend this hotel!

I stayed here for a teaching qualification interview. It is relatively close to Shuren University and not far by subway. Ordering takeout is very convenient and interesting. The guy can't go upstairs, but the robot can deliver it to the door.

The original meeting room was fully booked, so I was really surprised to find the Orange Hotel nearby. It was a surprise, it was exquisite, reassuring and warm. The breakfast was also exquisite, healthy and hygienic, and the everything was very complete. Worth recommending, will come again next time

This hotel is a hidden gem..we went to hangzhou for our daughter’s birthday and stayed here for 3 days.. They gave us a room upgrade to a family room,they even surprised us with a birthday cake and a toy for my daughter.. The breakfast is also very good,lots of western options too..they have a play area for kids which is amazing! Only drawback is that its a little far from metro but if you are planning on going around using car then its no problem! Highly recommend this hotel for your next stay!

The hotel has complete facilities and is equipped with business standard. The location is good, the Grand Canal Square is right outside the door, and after crossing the Gongchen Bridge, it is the Qiaoxi Historical and Cultural District. I visited the Grand Canal Museum, the Fan Museum, the Umbrella Museum, and the Knife, Scissors and Sword Museum.

This is a reserve hotel. I failed to renew my stay at the original hotel, so I booked this hotel temporarily. It is at the entrance of Zhejiang University of Technology's Chaohui Campus. It may be the school's logistics industry. The room has not been used for a long time. There is a musty smell in the room, no ventilation, old equipment, small space, and some beds are hard.

The hotel staff's service attitude is very good, the hotel is cost-effective, and we are very satisfied with this accommodation experience. In terms of hygiene, the room is clean and tidy, which makes us feel very relieved. The location of the hotel is very convenient, the transportation is very convenient, the breakfast is rich and varied, and the taste is delicious, which makes me feel at home.

Great hotel with excellent facilities, only let down would be that there are not many English speakers and breakfast is only ok. Otherwise, rooms are spacious, clean, and have all your requirements from large screen tv with plenty of channels to rainfall shower, bamboo toothbrush to bathrobe.

Dear Trip Manager , Make sure hotel’s top management reads this message . I had checked out around 1.50 pm on 1st then gone to watch hockey match and after match directly drove to Shanghai. After Shanghai around 8.45 pm released I left my & families passport in locker of the wardrobe , locker was left open therefore no password required to open . I immediately called hotel’s front desk first spoke to lady she told exact locatio n of three passports. I waited for 20 minutes then called again this fine spoke to another person “ Wu” , he was more responsive and told he will check and assured to call back but he didn’t call back . I called after about 20 minutes he told he found a gold chain . This my gold chain I asked him again did he find passport he told “ no , think else was found “. Actually he didn’t send anybody to room to check . He lied ! . I told him to check again as I told him exact place of my passport. He said he will get it checked . I waited again for about 20 minutes again and called again spoke to him this time he told that another guest has checked in and therefore they cannot as guest is not in room . He told me to wait until guest comes back . Hotel’s housekeeping staff had found my chain in afternoon while cleaning and gave it front desk . Actually hotel should have called me on mobile immediately but wondering why this such kind of negligence . Absolutely disappointed. We kept on calling a few time until 1.15 am , my wife called atleast 10-15 times . Front desk staff kept on saying cannot enter room as guest hasn’t comeback . Meanwhile I had contacted via your app to three agents they said they will come back in one hour but nobody did …..!!! I had called around 1.15 am to hotel and told them I have no option to call police . Then Wu told he wait for 10 minutes , he called back and told to call police . I called 110 gave full information to police and with 10 minutes local police station called back to verify and after about 10-15 minutes I called Police again they said front desk has found my passports . If front desk had not authority to enter thek should have given option to call police and then they could enter room to search . Untrained unprofessional staff made me suffer for 4 & half ours . I will tell this story to all and will tell to all to never stay in this hotel ever …. Thanks
