Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They shared a wechat so we could communicate and ask for things. Took bags to our room. Breakfast was good. Even prepared a breakfast for us the second day when we had to leave early for a flight and would miss breakfast. Room was nice.

I went on a trip with friends and stayed at the Four Seasons Hotel. It was very comfortable. It had all the supporting facilities and was clean. It was close to the bus stop and the subway station. There were shared bicycles and electric bikes at the door, and you could call a taxi directly to the downstairs of the hotel. The laundry room was also very clean and could dry clothes. It was really friendly for people who stayed for many days. The service was especially good. They also gave me a souvenir. When I came back at night, they said I could get some white fungus water to drink. When I checked out, they also asked if I wanted mineral water. The service was really good.

This is a newly opened hotel under Ibis brand. The check-in section is located on the first floor and the rooms are located on the fifth floor. You will also find the laundry room, hotel’s breakfast section and lockers on the fifth floor as well. It is like a complex in a compact. Rooms are very good and well-maintained. Everything about the room is perfect. Inside the building, there are also plenty of restaurants and also Starbucks. You can walk nearby to several places and there are many shops outside the building. I recommend you this hotel.

A very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

The front desk service is very good and in place. The room is OK, quite large and bright. The bed is also very comfortable and very comfortable to sleep in. The air conditioning is a little slow in cooling, but the cooling is OK and sufficient. The bathroom does not have dry and wet separation, but the hot water speed is very fast and the water volume is also large. It is very comfortable to take a shower. The towels are also very soft, and the shampoo smells very good. Recommended to stay, not as exaggerated as the negative reviews say. The wall is covered with wallpaper. I thought it was moldy after reading the negative reviews before I stayed.

i have used this place for a few years now, whenever i come to hangzhou. the reason is, the location is perfect, only a 5 minute ride from west lake. the price is really reasonable and the design of the rooms is both pretty and unique (they also have additional amenities like a washing machine and small kitchen, plus a seating area and fantastic views of the city). but most of all, by far and away the main reason to come is the staff. it doesnt matter what time of day or night, or whatever the problem or request is, they are only to happy to fix it. being a foreigner, communicating online makes it far easier for me and with their help the whole travel experience is smooth, pleasant and comfortable. i really couldn't praise them enough - fantastic!

Great location , located at the edge of West Lake scenic zone . Close to public transport ( MTR and buses) Front desk team is excellent, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable ( able to provide transport and tourist attraction information ) especially Chiu Hua Room is spaces and clean with good sound proofing. Housekeeping team is always attentive to details. The restaurant setting with an outdoor section is comfortable and the breakfast variety is great, give a lot of options for different preferences.( Western / Chinese ) , waitress are friendly and helpful . Overall we enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to our friend and relatives , great value for money for a 5 star hotel .

We experienced a premium hospitality stay here during our trip in Hangzhou. The staff are very accommodating and welcoming as they promptly provide our requests. The room is spacious and tidy . Kudos to the bed, it’s very comfortable to sleep on. We also love the fusion of the Western and Chinese breakfast style The location is also accessible to go around West Lake . Highly commendable for Hangzhou travelers. We will surely come back!

I'm really uncomfortable about the smell as well as the bathroom of this hotel, a bathroom that only has a standing shower for men, and it's too difficult for women. It's really an old hotel, but the plus point is that the room is spacious and the cleaning staff is really cute and enthusiastic.I didn't take pictures, right next to the hotel there is a bakery that serves delicious food in the morning

Hotel is very well located to the West Lake. Approx 15 mins walk. It is close to the night market and also a number of food halls. There is a coffee shop right downstairs on the right hand side of the hotel which makes great coffee. There is also 7/11 shop. Metro is also downstairs less than a min walk away. First impression checking in wasn’t great - English on checking in was difficult. Probably due to slight language barrier felt not as warmly welcomed as other hotels. I expect hotels that receive foreigners should have basic level check in. They also were very particular on how who should go into each of the three rooms but I said it we will sort this out between us. After that it was fine we went to our rooms. Rooms are quite outdated and could do with a bit of an upgrade especially with handles coming loose. Rooms come with bath robes, tooth brush, toothpaste, combs, Ted Baker toiletries (shampoo, conditioner and shower gel) and slippers. They also provide water bottles daily and there are ones you can take free as you head out towards the lift which is a nice touch. The hotel housekeeping staff were the best despite language barrier they were very polite, courteous and professional. Very helpful as well. There was a housekeeping lady who came to help us with wifi as we did not have a China mobile number and she also knew we had three rooms booked. She helped with two of the rooms and asked if the other room needed help but they didn’t. There isn’t much of a place where guest can relax as they come back to the hotel. There is a small space on the left hand side as you enter the hotel which has a football table, toy dispenser machines, limited seating area. For anyone who wants good location to West Lake I would say this is it. However I think there are better hotels out there. Closeness to food and restaurants is a bonus. Rooms are clean but could do with an upgrade. It’s weird to have a window in the shower room that is directly onto the room as doesn’t give much privacy if all lights on. Overall 8/10
