The location of the B&B is very good, not far from Yunshang Grassland and Internet Celebrity Waterfall Coffee. The boss and his wife are very warm and polite. She took the initiative to help with our luggage and even took us to drink coffee. The landlady was afraid that our shoes and socks would get wet when we went to the waterfall coffee, so she took the initiative to prepare Crocs for us, which was very heartwarming. The boss's cooking skills are also very good, and the food he makes is delicious. The rooms are clean and tidy. Each room has large floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can see the mountains and clouds. Because I was going to Yunshan Grassland the next day, I booked a homestay very close to me. I didn't expect the service attitude to be too good! Very enthusiastic and will help recommend fun places around. Actually equipped with smart toilets, projectors, and floor heating homestays! It is really rare to live in a homestay with floor heating here. It is also very convenient to eat, there is a restaurant downstairs!

This hotel is very suitable for taking children out for a walk. The outdoor swimming pool was a little cold at the end of September, but those who are not afraid of the cold can still go in the water. The children rented the area to row boats and play with water guns, which was very fun. The children's playground in the hotel is not small. Our children didn't play much because they were older. There is a stream outside the hotel where you can catch small fish. You can catch a lot of small fish and then go rafting around. It's a fulfilling weekend. The hotel room is pretty standard. The view of the tatami room is pretty good. You can play chess on the tatami. When you check in, you will be given fruits to eat while playing chess. However, there was a power outage in the room where I stayed at night, and the air conditioner was not very good. The circuit was easy to trip. I contacted the hotel to repair it. The overall environment and service are pretty good. You can come to visit the surrounding areas~

It was a pleasant experience. It should be considered as one of the best B&Bs I have stayed in recently. The sanitation is good, the facilities in the room are also very smart, and the owner will respond to our various requests in a timely manner. The welcome fruit and snacks in the room are very considerate. There are also many entertainment facilities on the underground first floor, including swimming pool, billiards, game consoles... During the New Year, our family of three chose to travel by car. 1.15 set off for half a month and planned to drive all the way to the south. The first stop was the first homestay in Anji (Anji Yinshi Homestay). I set off for 2 nights on the 15th of Shanghai. I went to the homestay at night and thought about sleeping first. The next day I went to the cloud. Go to the grassland and sleep again on the 17th, otherwise you will be too tired to drive. The proprietress is very good, and the latte she makes is delicious. The proprietress knew that we were a family of three including a 2nd grade child, so we prepared 3 meals for washing and breakfast. The room environment was very good and clean. The hot water for bathing was also OK. The floor heating was not cold at night. The sound insulation was also good. Let us sleep for 2 nights. Especially comfortable. It is a very good homestay. We will come to stay if we have the opportunity in the future. And the homestay also has dinner. We booked with the proprietress in advance and the proprietress will send me a menu. We can eat it directly at the homestay we arrive at night. The taste is really good and the price is very high, the amount is really too much. The 3 of us ate these dishes for 240 yuan. On the 15th, I stayed at 12 o'clock on the 17th, and stayed for 2 nights at 1150 yuan. The twin room was on the 3rd floor. Each room we stayed in was fully booked for the 2 days. Just on the edge of the Yunshang grassland. During the day, there is Rizhao Yunshang grassland beautiful.

A friend introduced me here. The surrounding ecological environment is very good, and the Yunshang Grassland Visitor Center is next to it, which is very convenient. The rooms are very advanced and have good hardware facilities. The boss lady is also very nice, low-key and the service is warm. AAiyouwei456There is such a quiet place in the turbulent crowds of Xixi scenic spots. There are restaurants and teahouses outside, and there are ducks and wild reeds inside.
The hotel is very beautiful. The interior and exterior design is indeed a master's hand, simple and restrained, with a sense of design and wildness.
The hotel people are also very beautiful. The front desk is gentle and patient, the concierge is sunny and handsome, and the guest room is warm and friendly. The key is that everyone is sincere and enthusiastic.
This time I stayed in a courtyard room with good privacy. The small courtyard faces the wetland. There are ducks playing in the water on sunny and rainy days. It is really a healing holiday. Thank you for seeing it.

AAnna in ChinaIt was my first trip to Hangzhou. I wanted to celebrate my husband’s birthday here and it was totally impromptu. What I was looking for: 1) a closer location to the West lake - to walk there, not to ride; 2) a balcony or courtyard; 3) and/or at least a beautiful view and surroundings; 4) as we love tea and really interested in Chinese tea culture, some tea plantation nearby could be a plus! Not many hotels seemed to meet my requirements and those which fit were way beyond our budget.
Xunzhenshe hotel looked very pretty but their description was not very clear. Anyway, considering that I was booking our room just a day (!) before our arrival on Friday night, Xunzhenshe seemed to be my only choice with just two rooms left. To be honest, I didn’t expect much when we arrived. However, from the beginning the service was outstanding with a personal approach. At the hotel they greeted us as we were VIPs. Celia, an English-speaking lady, who contacted me after my booking, was extremely helpful. She gave us few recommendations about Hangzhou and the area nearby. She showed us the tea plantation just next to the hotel and a room where farmers were drying tea leaves - it was quite short but interesting introduction to the hotel environment.
The hotel itself is owned and managed by a former architect. The building was built based on construction principles of the Song dynasty. As I understand, all ground floor units have their own courtyard. There is a parking lot, a tea room and a restaurant at the hotel. We were given a non-smoking one-bedroom apartment in a quieter part of the hotel and could enjoy our morning tea in our small but elegant courtyard. The apartment was clean with all necessary amenities. There was a kitchen and a dining room with a huge table (we didn’t use this room though). The breakfast buffet was included in the rate, however they offered mostly Chinese food (no problem for us as we love it). Our dinner and breakfast food were delicious!
Also, we so much appreciate totally unexpected birthday presents to my husband. Upon arrival he found a little gift with a touching handwritten birthday message and then birthday noodles were served at the restaurant. So, it was very unique and memorable celebration!
After all, I was really happy with my hotel’s choice.
To conclude what we loved the most about this hotel:

3. Very good location: just next to the West lake park and bridges. Walkable distance to the famous night show Impression and Su Causeway. Not far away to Leifeng pagoda and Longjing and Meijiawu villages.
4. Good Chinese restaurant with a terrace just next to the tea plantation
5. Amazing tea
Me and my husband had a great time in Xunzhenshe. Highly recommend it to those who love places with soul.

LljjjRoom: The room is quite okay, not too small but not too big. We can open two 24-inch suitcases in the room.
Air Conditioning: The air conditioning is the central type. You can adjust the fan, but the temperature doesn't seem adjustable. At first, we had to wait quite a long time to feel the cold air.
Amenities: Every day, they refill two bottles of mineral water for us. They also provide new slippers, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and shampoo daily. Towels can also be changed every day. There are about 4-5 sockets in the room. The sockets are designed for international use, so you can use them without a universal adapter. We found out on the day we checked out that the drinks inside the fridge were free of charge (there was a sticker on the fridge stating this), but it was too late for us to enjoy them. You should check this before consuming any items.
Shower and toilet: The toilet and bathing area are separated. The water pressure is strong, but there is only one hook inside the shower room, and it is quite high up (which might not be convenient if you want to bring your clothes inside to change). The toilet is a smart toilet with different functions like auto flush. However, the doors for the toilet and bathing area are semi-transparent (you can see inside, though not clearly). If you are staying with someone you are not familiar with, it might be awkward. Refer to the attached pictures for the toilet and shower area. Between the toilet and shower, they also use the same semi-transparent glass. Please take note if you are concerned about this issue.
Breakfast: The room we booked included breakfast. The breakfast options are quite varied, from Asian to Western styles. However, there is a peak period during the morning breakfast hours when you might not find seats. Check with the reception about the breakfast peak period so you can avoid it and enjoy your breakfast.
Transport: Although the metro seems quite near, it still takes about 15 minutes to walk to the hotel (we're not sure if we took the wrong exit or if there is a better option).
Laundry: They offer a free laundry service. You can use the washing machines and dryers for free. There are three washing machines and three dryers.
WiFi: They provide free WiFi, but if you don't have a local (China) phone number, you won't be able to connect to it. However, you can get help from the reception; they can assist you in connecting to the WiFi.

JJaymest WongA very new hotel. Very clean and bed also very comfortable. About 10-15mins walk from the metro station. There are a lots of food around and also can walk to West Lake around 15-20mins. If want to go other attractions places it is very easy to take the public busses around. Toilet very clean. Cleaning lady and man always on standby to clean. The room might be a bit small but everything is there. Bed is very comfy and soft. The centralised aircond system is very good so you have good ventilation although you are taking the bunk bed type. The common area also very big. Only 1 cons is the wall maybe a bit thin, if there are people who kinda selfish talking loud at the corridor you will have to bear with it and if happen your next door neighbour is snoring you might heard about it but all this can be settle by the earplug. Overall its very good and nice hostel with the price.

We are impressed by the level of responsiveness of the staff to our needs, and the hotel staff are very observant, giving us extra bottle of water in our stay, a gift of fruits on our last night (without us asking). Thanks to Sam and Alan at the reception who provide excellent customer service support and the housemaid who did a good job in maintaining the room's cleanliness. We feel very at home. The buffet style breakfast provide both local and western choices. Highly recommended.

YYellow叶美It was a nice stay. Location is good, right in Coral Gables downtown. I would say that there are no kettles in the room but you can ask for it and they will send you one. The room charges won’t go against deposit, instead you have the pay and after you do the check out they will release the deposit back to you. For Chinese travelers this might seem odd.

It is much better than those chain brands. The area is also large. The layout is very thoughtful. I will come again next time I visit.
