"The hotel lacks of maintenance and still using ancient sockets. I could feel the springs in the mattress and it is old and not comfortable. There are parties organized on the ground floor, I returned hotel around 10:00 pm and the noise and music still going on, my room is first floor and away the party venue, I could still hear noises and the sound proof is bad , Best western (plus) should actually provide better service but this is a disgrace"
