本想體驗亞朵的網傳服務，結果令人大跌眼鏡，以後不會再定亞朵酒店。本以為在邯鄲四百多一間價格逼近豪華酒店，服務更是拉跨。入住當日有電話詢問幾點到店，也就是有提前關注我們三間房是一起定的房間，也沒有特意詢問是否需要在同一層，辦入住時前台問是否需要開在同一層，我們確認需要同一層，前台答應，卻直接給了 3236-3337-3338 三個房卡，不在一層一句話也沒提，我們上樓開 3336 房間打不開才知道沒開在一層，後給前台打電話要求更換房間居然從九點等到了九點四十打了五六個電話催促才做了同層新的房卡，找藉口説是同層開給了別人現追上去要求其他客人更換了房間，用荒謬的理由掩蓋自己的錯誤。如果同層沒有三間房就不要承諾有，正面溝通不就解決了，非用一個謊言掩蓋，大夜裡浪費我們四十分鐘等你開房，這是什麼服務水平。離店回訪電話更可笑，怪我們到店時間晚，所以沒有同層房間…打回訪的是店長嗎？衹聽你員工給你的理由嗎？自己錯誤問題的點都沒搞明白，員工説是沒開在同一層所以客人不滿意嗎？責任推給客户到得晚了就沒了，沒了你瞎承諾什麼？另一個這個酒店有兩個問題，一是停車非常難，雖然車庫很大，但是是立體車庫，下午五點多到店我們找了半小時沒有停下車，沒辦法就先去出門吃飯晚上回來才好不容易找到一個車位，第二個是有的房間沒有可以打開的窗户，房間內裝修的味道太大，近期不建議大家選擇，沒必要來當活體甲醛凈化器
