Our stay was perfect for what we wanted just a break away from work for a week with nice weather however this hotel certainly isn’t a 5*. Hotel rooms - no faults here, everything was very clean and the room was lovely and spacious which had a fantastic view of the sea (premium double sea view room) The food and drinks- awful to say the least, everything was tasteless and repetitive. The food was either cold or luke warm. The drinks were always room temperature, never have I been to a “5*” hotel were the drinks are served warm. Even at dinner the water served was warm! They were constantly running out of drinks too. The grounds - nice grounds and various places to sit, very small area however. No entertainment what so ever so we were found bored most evenings! They had music in the main food area in the evening but it was awful. The pools and sea - pools were nice and clean, the sea was lovely. However the sand always had loads of cigarette buts and rubbish on it. The sun loungers were always dirty too. You had to hunt down the lifeguards to get towels (which I think is bizarre) and even then the towels are paper thin and have loads of stains, holes etc. Outside of the hotel - we got a taxi to Yasmine and we just didn’t feel safe at all, be prepared to be harassed constantly when you are there. Just feels like this hotel are just massive money grabbers, any extras they want to charge for i.e most drinks, anniversary requests etc. You only get special treatment if you’re tipping constantly. We noticed that French people got VIP treatment from most of the staff, fancy made drinks and special requests free of charge. Workers are moody, rude and don’t make any conversation with you unless you are French! In fact the only workers that seemed cheerful and said hello were the cleaners. Even the reception staff bar one person were just rude and dismissive like they didn’t want to be working there! Oh and the chefs in the main food area were very happy and friendly. As for the rest of the work place, you may want to re-consider who you’re hiring as rude doesn’t even come close! Would never return here ever again. Like I say, perfect in the sense of was a nice getaway for some sun for a week off work but that’s it. I think the hotel need to address the way that their staff treat people from different ethnicities i.e stop favouriting just French people and treat everyone as equal who is paying money to stay at the same hotel as anyone else??? This seems to be a big problem having seen all of the other reviews and conversations we had with other English couples during our stay, something that needs to change otherwise custom will be lost.

When I got home one of the life guards (Aziz Maoui) had found and private messaged me on instagram swearing at me, I assume because I rejected his advances. So unprofessional and embarrassing behaviour from a grown man, staff shouldn’t be making guests feel uncomfortable. I was also away with my partner so it’s incredibly disrespectful as well. We went to this so say 5 star hotel for 11 nights in Sept. We had booked a private transfer from airport which took about 40mins. Meaning we were in hotel about 10am. Well worth the extra as coach transfer apparently took 2hrs +!!! Rooms aren't available until 3pm.but we were given wristbands so could get food and drink.. plus we could change into lighter clothes in a little room by reception. General cleanliness of public areas was good. We had a lovely Seaview room with lounge area.seperate dressing area.WC,a bathroom with free standing bath and walk in shower. Bed was massive. Room maid always did a very good job. Bar/lobby area spacious. Pool area fine and pool waiters attentive. Beach was clean with plenty of loungers. Flies were an issue at times and annoying A couple of the main bar waiters were definitely favouring French guests and those who tipped alot. All the time we were in this hotel,not once we were asked by main bar waiters if we would like a drink!! At one stage there were 11 guests waiting to be served and they were more Interested in taking drinks to these guests instead of serving. Definitely needs more staff on duty. I've marked this hotel as a 3 star as the Food (and wine) for us let the whole holiday down. Presentation was good with plenty of choices BUT the so say hot food was never hot at lunch or dinner. We did mention it to staff but nothing changed. It was either cold or luke warm. The omelette at breakfast kept us going most of the day as it was the only meal which was cooked and served hot while we waited for it. Our whole holiday experience could of been so much better if issues were sorted. Better management.food that was hot and staff who appreciate everyone.

It's a nice hotel which is advertised as 5T by tui, but we would rate it as 4T. The food is good in the buffet restaurant with attentive staff. The service at the speciality restaurants is disorganised and this resulted in slow service in the Tunisian and weirdly too quick in the Italian, where they were bringing the next course before we had finished the previous one. The rooms are OK but you should be aware that 90% have a shower over the bath so won't be suitable for anyone with limited mobility. The pool areas are nice with padded comfortable sunbeds. Our sunbathing experience was spoilt by the amount of flies which made it impossible to relax. Overall our experience was good but we wouldn't come back again at this time of year because of the fly issue.
