Хороший отель за невысокую стоимость. Чистый, уютный отель, доброжелательный персонал. В номере проводилась уборка каждый день, меняли постельное бельё раз в 3 дня. Завтрак в отеле был скудненький, а вот ужин сытный и вкусный. Если вы хотите поехать в этот отель, то я, однозначно, вам его рекомендую!

The negative: 1) Very noisy, I asked for a quiet room, I was put in a courtyard that is noisy all night with people who eat late at night and stay all night chatting 2) Wifi that does not work in the room even with an ORANGE prepaid package 3) the beach is small, crowded, you are on top of each other, no space and no privacy 4) the beach is full of pebbles, you have to go 100 meters in the water to get sand 5) the toilet does not flush, no water in the toilets 6) Restaurant for hotel guests very small unlike the restaurant for outside guests who have a very large restaurant 7) At breakfast, the staff does not work, there are always plates missing, they do not anticipate anything, you always have to ask them to bring food, flagrant lack of space, instead of looking at the customers, the staff should work and see what is missing to restock food 8) I asked for tea, first he doesn't ask me what kind of tea I want, he brings me black tea, the one I hate, I prefer green tea with mint and the worst it is cold, he brings it to you without a lid and to top it all off, the quantity is just a small glass. No mint tea in the morning. 9) Breakfast to be greatly improved whether it is at the staff level or at the level of what is offered. 10) I arrive at 1:00 p.m., the receptionist tells me 10 minutes for the cleaning lady to make the room knowing that my room has already been reserved, I waited until 3:00 p.m. to have the room, these 10 minutes turned into 2 hours, he did not even offer me to leave my things and go to the beach especially since it was 40 degrees, I lost 2 hours instead of enjoying the beach, cleaning service much too long and not efficient and the worst the day of my departure, the cleaning lady arrives at noon to make the room, I would have liked the day I arrive for the cleaning lady to make the room at noon and not at 3:00 p.m. Cleaning too long 11) Too far from the center of Hammamet, 1 hour walk 12) Lack of smile from the staff, we have the impression of disturbing the reception when we ask for information 13) No information when we arrive, hold the keys and sort it out for yourself The positive: 1) Room large enough with a beautiful balcony 2) Breakfast with fruit and yogurt 3) Private beach with deckchair 4) Typically oriental hotel with Maghreb decorations, you would think you were in Marrakech, a nice hotel 5) A private swimming pool Overall, it is quite mixed and average but it is a hotel that has potential if it is better managed.

The place is very nice and clean and close to all destinations. The employees are excellent, especially one who speaks Spanish, called Ahmed, the receptionist is very attentive and responsible in his advice. The food is very good. We will return. Thank you 100%, recommended.
