Quantum Lodge Motor Inn

Was a pleasant stay. Even extended one more round of stay because of how spacious the place can be. Well equipped and priced was competitive around the area. Staff was helpful and very understanding. There's a mini gym and pool. Room are clean and kitchen is well equipped. Was a pleasant stay! Will be here again for sure

We have a good stay in this hotel. It has a great location. It just takes a few mins drive from this hotel to nearby supermart and shoppings. Also, there are good resturants nearby. The room is clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend it!

Excellent service!

Our family of 3 spent a lovely nights accommodation in a large suite so clean and well equipped with comfortable beds, tvs in both bedrooms, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a private spa pool right outside our back door! We will definitely be back!

I would not recommend this accommodation based on our recent experience. We attempted to book a stay for Saturday, 28 February through ***********, but the website glitched at the payment screen. When we refreshed the page, the property showed as fully booked, so we booked alternative accommodation. Despite this, on the day of the original booking we received a confirmation from Quantum Lodge, and our credit card was charged — leaving us with two bookings through no fault of our own. *********** contacted Quantum Lodge to explain the situation and requested a refund on our behalf. The refund request was declined, even though the issue originated from a booking error outside of our control. To make matters worse, the customer service we received when trying to discuss the issue directly was extremely poor. The staff member (John) repeatedly spoke over me, did not allow me to explain the situation, and ended the call when I politely asked to finish speaking. This was unprofessional and very disappointing. Quantum Lodge was willing to take the payment but unwilling to acknowledge the circumstances or offer a reasonable solution. Overall, we were left feeling let down by both the handling of the booking issue and the customer service experience.

This motel is one of the best we have stayed at. It is roomy, well appointed and serviced, and reasonably located. Pricewise it is not the cheapest nor the most expensive but as is often the case, you get what you pay for. A very comfortable option.

Lovely and spotless, only stayed one night as passing through but if back in hamilton will book again.
