前台小美女主動升級了影視房。非常不錯，有投影儀。孩子高興的不得了。第二天早上不肯走。房間也挺大。早餐包含，早餐種類很多，我比較喜歡吃熱乎的飯菜，就看到酒店今日推薦了混沌，味道很正宗，包括免費的夜宵，雖然就兩個小菜，但是粥喝着對口，包括他們保安都很熱情的招待我們，停車也方便。（免費）。酒店對面那個叫什麼市場的旁邊的饢餅非常不錯。奶香十足。當時就買了一個。悔恨不已。下次肯定會多買上幾個，不留遺憾

新疆是個很美的地方，在攜程看酒店的時候一眼就看中了魔方酒店，入住後給我感受最深的就是酒店的服務，還有設施設備。可以説打破了我對邊疆酒店的認知，前台有機器人送東西，房間很大很寬敞，前台免費給我們升級了一個房型，裏面配有加濕器和小冰箱，設施設備都很齊全完善，服務人員熱情洋溢，餐廳菜品豐盛，味道也好，可以看出來店家是在很用心的去經營，非常滿意的一次入住，希望下次過來還是一樣的標準期待...

酒店環境設施都很好位於進城的主幹道邊上，位置很好找。有室外停車場挺大，而且車位充足，停車非常方便。酒店不算是新酒店，但是軟硬件都不錯，房間寬敞舒適衞生物品配置齊全，有免費的洗衣服服務，尤其早餐很豐盛。服務態度很好，有問必答有求必應，基本上可以算哈密寵物友好酒店的天花板了，帶了自己家的小貓貓入住，還不收取任何費用，真的非常的滿意

來入住的時候忘記帶身份證了，前台幫我一系列的操作領取了電子身份證，服務很好，還幫我們介紹了周邊吃飯的地方，雖然要走一段路程，但是到了店裡吃了以後味道還是不錯的，酒店的員工服務意識很高，包括保安大叔，每次見了我們都會主動的打招呼，和見了家人一樣的熱情，五星的好評必須給你們每一位工作人員，真是太好了，100塊錢多一點的就是超值
