Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Close to shops and restaurants in a nice part of Hamburg. Easy to get into the center by S-bane close by. Very good breakfast. All together good value for the money.

I realise Hamburg is an expensive city, but I was slightly disappointed by the lack of facilities. At this price, I was somewhat surprised that there were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room. The variety of breakfast foods was impressive and tasty, but not sure it was good value for money at an extra €19. The hotel is certainly cosy and comfortable, but is a long way away from downtown Hamburg and you will need to take the 234 bus (just 100 metres away) down to Bergedorf, then a couple of S-Bahn trips to get you to Hamburg central. The staff were great and I slept very well (although I did need to ask for a second pillow). The draft Landgang beer served at the cosy bar is very tasty! Just think I was expecting a little bit more bang for my buck.

The location of the hotel is a bit biased, surrounded by immigrants. For the first time, McDonald's in Germany met a waiter who could not speak English. I can imagine the structure of the people around me. The windows of the room are virtually nothing, not at all, very noisy! I feel that the cars on the road are flowing all night. The police in the nearby police station are also on the police all night. It is estimated that the security is also worrying. It is not recommended.

Super value for the amount paid, its not luxury and a bit outdated but its clean and functionel. Sleept very well in the clean beds, nice breakfast (according to price) Parking 10 euro a day in hotels own cellar parking. U-bahn (metro) that brings you straight to city centre , 600 meters walk, buses just in front of hotel. Staff very helpfull. Shops nearby , visit the mall bilstedt only 300 meters from hotel, great offers and selction , Mac D just across the street. Very multicultural neighborhood, (we didnt experience anything bad)

The hotel deserves its 3 stars, nice staff, rooms cleaned every day, towels replaced on request. breakfast included in the price with delicious coffee from an espresso machine and a free parking lot, which is overcrowded on Saturdays and Sundays due to weddings. Good location, quiet neighborhood and close to the highway. I recommend it and best regards, Krystyna Matuszczyk

New Hotel in an old factory building, very nice and clean. Outside the city, need a car for the Hamburg experience. Very good breakfast, expensive but booked included in the room, ok and worth it. Nice parking garage, again expensive for a Hotel outside the city. 15 EUR per night. For me personally it is important to have fresh air, open the window. You can, very good. Next is a bottle of water in the room, there is a bottle of water but 4 EUR is highly overpriced. Means, you need a car, garage or parking outside, take your own water, a very nice and easy Hotel Sorry I did not use fitness and wellness.

A wonderful place. Comfortable modern German Inn. One could not ask for a better place to spend the night. Unfortunately the kitchen was closed as it was a Sunday night, however one could order take away food. G ood parking and adequate provision for disabled guests.

The lack of air conditioning in this hotel is really no big deal compared to others. Their baby cot is not clean, my child slept in their bed for two nights, he likes to sleep on his side and on his stomach, and his face is allergic to any part of the bed that touches the sheets. When I spoke to the hotel, they admitted that it was the hotel's responsibility and said that they could pay for an ointment so that I could go to the pharmacy and buy it myself. Amazingly, almost all the staff at the hotel had a very poor attitude, didn't care about the child, privately divulged personal information about the residents as a topic of discussion at work (every staff member knew about our personal matters/information, even those I had never seen) and even asked me if you wanted to call an ambulance for such a small matter. I cancelled my whole day plam and took a taxi to the pharmacy, which cost over 60 euros, and in the end the hotel only gave me 5 euro for the ointment, saying that I took a taxi to a pharmacy that was too far away and they couldn't cover the taxi costs, and the manager said that the only place they could pay for was a taxi to 10 euros, so they refused to pay for the journey?？？ But they didn't say any of that before I left, I was just told to take my own taxi to the pharmacy and they knew we were leaving that day so they made a very perfunctory promise which was all overturned. The important thing is that I paid 100€ for this baby cot and it was still not clean, finally I spoke to the manager and I said I paid 100€ only to get the cot and he said you have checked out and everything is sorted I don't know what is in your room now? !!!Anyway don't bring your children to this dangerous hotel, the staff were very dishonest and went as far as to say the room had been cleaned to destroy the evidence.
