Top rated hotels in Hamburg

Ibis Hamburg St Pauli Messe
3.8/530 Reviews
Positive :Located centrally in St. Pauli and everything is well accessible. Family rooms consist of two separate bedrooms. Breakfast was good. Negative: Duches were broken. (there was a capsule missing) Toilet/Badroom looks like a cabin and when you leave the room you need to be careful that you don't fall because the floor with the bedroom is not on the same level. In the whole well, however, it is not enough for a two-star hotel.

Be aware of this hotels cancelation policy and where you buy. We were going there tomorrow - but due to a trainstrike in germany we are unable to get to hamburg. So we vere forced to cancel 26 hours before checkin. Then we found out that they will keep 90% of the full charge. Having talked to the hotel is not exactly helpfull quite the opposite. My brother having booked at *********** got a full refuned. But in our case they charge us 400 EUR and refund 40 EUR.
Ibis Hamburg Alsterring

Mainly close to the son's dormitory, no refrigerator, no pen, no tea bag... The price is here, the interior is very simple and there is no pick. The location is very convenient. Within 5 minutes, the subway station, the bakery, and many supermarkets... The carpet is old, stains, and I don’t know why, the sheets look very white, but I have a urine smell when I go to sleep. Fortunately, the service is OK, the front desk is very polite.
Ibis Hamburg City

East 10-minute walk to the Hauptbahnhof and only a couple of minutes from the lake which was great for walking. The hotel is very good with everything that we needed including a good breakfast. Ertan at the desk was particularly helpful in giving us directions for catching public transport. Hotel clean and neat and everything worked. Laundomat only 10-minute walk away at Zimmerpforte just near St George's church. Please note that the laundromat closes at 6pm and is not open on public holidays. The hop-on-hop-off bus has a stop at the Hauptbahnhof and goes down the street that the hotel is in.
