My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived until I left, I felt like a valued guest. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, always ready to meet my needs. The room was spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The hotel also offered a variety of facilities such as a gym, a pool and an excellent restaurant where I could enjoy delicious dishes. The location of the hotel was also ideal, close to attractions and public transport. All in all, I highly recommend this hotel and am already looking forward to my next stay there.

Selbst nach mehrmaligen bitten das Zimmer zu säubern da noch Müll vom Vorgänger unter dem Bett liegt und das Bad auch nicht richtig sauber war ist nichts passiert. Hotel schon sehr abgewohnt. Würde es nicht noch einmal buchen. Parken mit Transporter schwierig

We stayed at this hotel for two nights while we were in Hamburg for the Taylor Swift concert. So- the hotel was VERY busy when we arrived. We weren’t able to check in at 15:00, because the room wasn’t ready. The room was ready around 15:15. Fine. We get to the room, and it’s two single beds instead of 1 double bed as we had ordered. We went down to the reception, but they were completely booked, understandable, so they couldn’t move us to another room. We were offered 1 day free breakfast as compensation again fine. Later when we came down the receptionist said he actually couldn’t offer us free breakfast, but would give us 1 nights free parking. I was quite upset with this, but as I was on my way to the concert I decided to deal with it next morning. So- why did I give the hotel stay 5 stars? Because next morning we spoke with the wonderful manager. We explained the predicament, and she was kind enough to offer us free breakfast and free parking- this was a great compensation in my opinion. I have complete understanding that it was a stressful time for the hotel, but the manager was wonderful and so considerate. The room was HUGE and clean, and while we would have appreciated a double bed, we had a great stay anyways. Note for others coming here- you CANT but water and soda in the reception with credit card- only cash. Anyways- I’d recommend this hotel. And if I was to go to Hamburg again, I’d stay here again. Nice and close to trains and busses that go directly to the city center.

So noisy , impossible to sleep. Reception stank of stale cigarettes. Rude check in staff who really couldn’t care. In a part of town you don’t want to be. If it was £50 a night it would be too much. If I could have found another hotel I would have moved. Awful

I know the hotel from earlier times, when it belonged to another hotel chain. I was last here in 2011. A lot has changed since then. This time I was here for a short city trip with my small child. The friendly and helpful staff deserve special mention. Absolutely above average positive! What bothered me this time (and this part goes to management) was the bare and worn room. It felt uncomfortable, like a hospital room, but unfortunately not that clean. There were stains on the walls, cracks in the bed and the bathroom had also seen better days. The bed covers smelled unpleasantly worn. In my opinion, this is in urgent need of renovation. The breakfast buffet is top-notch and the hall is also attractive and clean.

The employees are very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast. Plenty to choose from like fresh fruit, juice, rolls, eggs, etc. Location was nice. But parking the car is terrible. The parking spaces are very narrow. The room was spacious, but old. It is in desperate need of a renovation, especially the bathroom! It was old, moldy, rust on the radiator. I was not impressed. The rate for the room is way too high. I will not stay hete again.

I stayed in a quiet single room on the first floor facing the courtyard. The bed was wide with a wonderfully firm mattress. The lamp by the bed had a red light, which was unsuitable for reading, but pleasant for the eyes in the morning. You have to lie on your side to watch the TV. The bathroom could do with being renovated, the ventilation was outrageously loud. The breakfast was of a good standard and tasty. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Central location

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, konnten fast alles zu Fuß erkunden. Freundliches Personal, hilfsbereit. Leckeres Frühstück. Bei geöffnetem Fenster ist es nachts relativ laut gewesen, Zimmer zur Hauptstraße. Leider war zum Zeitpunkt unseres Aufenthaltes die Bar nicht besetzt, hätten gerne noch den Abend dort ausklingen lassen.
