Excellent experience, very nice staff, great Breakfast. Wish they would have one in every city. Its very central and close to the train station. Everything is as clean and very good value. Cant complain about anything and would recommend to everyone!!!

Top Unterkunft, Erwartungshaltung wurde mehr als übertroffen. Personal super nett und absolut unschlagbarer Preis. Danke, komme wieder und werde dieses Hotel auch priorisieren. Parkplätze sind gut zu Fuss zu erreichen. Diese Worte diehnen dazu die Bewertung über 200 Wörter zu bekommen. Vielen Dank

We stayed at Villa Viva for two nights. We were greeted by two very friendly ladies. When we checked in, everything was explained to us so that we could find our way around the hotel easily. Our room was minimalist in style and very clean, we liked it very much. We hadn't expected this little table on the wall, that was a highlight, how the rooms can still be used. The breakfast was very varied, there was something for everyone. Above all, I had the opportunity to eat without worrying about my intolerances. The staff here were also very friendly. There was the option of getting fried eggs as well, great service. For us, it was an all-round successful stay and we would visit the hotel again any time we are in Hamburg.

Hatte ein schöne Wochende beim Reeperbahn Festival und habe mich dafür für die Villa Viva entschieden. Habe im Campinggground übernachtet - im Stile eines Kaspselhotels. Für dengünstigen Preis von 19,10€ (forza St. Pauli!) kann man wohl keinen privaten Raum zum nächtigen woanders in der Hansestadt finden. Die Räume waren schön urban eingerichtet und modern (das Hotel ist allerdings auch noch nicht alt). Es gibt eine (Sprudel-)Wasserspender auf dem Flur und es werden auch ein kleines und großes Handtuch gestellt. Kann das ganze nur empfehlen. Komme gerne wieder und die Mitarbeitenden waren auch sehr freundlich. Galigrü aus Leipzig :)

Das Hotel liegt nicht weit vom Hauptbahnhof und ist sehr schön mit super nettem Personal, die Zimmer sind sehr angenehm und es stimmt einfach alles. Das Frühstück ist super und der WLAN-Empfang absolut super! Die Rooftop Bar sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen.

Toller Empfang / schon die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war super. Und so ging es weiter. Zimmer (small) war absolut ausreichend, wollte dort ja auch "nur" pennen. Gleich rauf in die Roof Top Bar / da wollten wir gar nicht wieder aus. Astra vom Fass :-) Bis wir bemerkten, wir müssen ins Millerntor - sonst verpassen wir den Anpfiff..... Frühstück: alles vorhanden bis auf ... meine Banane, die ich meistens als Gegenstück des Vitaminverlustes am Vorabend in mein Müsli packe. Aber, das war auch das Einzige zu bemängeln (ich hätte auch die Deerns vom Service fragen können, die hätten bestimmt eine gebracht...). Also, ich / wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder und als aktiver Unterstützer der Aktion Viva Con Aqua ist es natürliche ein gutes Gefühl, dass ein großer Teil der Gewinne dorthin fließen!

Das Konzept des Hotels ist einfach super. Jede*r kann hier für sich und den eigenen Geldbeutel das passenden Nachtlager finden. Die Betten sind sehr bequem und es gibt die Wahl zwischen unterschiedlichen Kissen. Also auch hier ist für jede*n das richtige dabei. Die Pflegeprodukte sind sehr verträglich und riechen super. Das Frühstück ist absolut klasse und das Angebot ist wirklich breit gestreut. Hier wird kein Aufpreis für Hafermilch verlangt wie das leider sonst oft üblich ist.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter/innen und super Frühstück. Toller Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer in der 11 Etage. Sehr gute Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in direkter Nähe. Speicherstadt fussläufig. Wir waren schon in mehreren Heimathafenhotels. Dieses war vom Service bisher das Beste. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
