1. The landmark building and the highest height in this area are facing this view, which is really worth it. 2. The facilities are good and clean. 25 square meters, worthy of 4 stars. 3. I live on the 24th floor, and the WIFI signal is not good, but the staff gave me a network cable to connect the notebook to the network cable and turn on the hotspot. After the mobile phone is connected, it is very comfortable.

I came to Hamburg to visit friends and work online. I have never been so productive in my work and never felt so well looked after. Overall, it was the best experience I've had in a hotel since years. The Hotel Vier Jahreszeiten is extremely welcoming, perfectly located, and the landmark for high quality stay. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic service from Paulina. She checked me into the hotel efficiently. Told me all about the services offered by the hotel. She was friendly and helpful. I had asked her to help me pay a traffic ticket that was written in German. She read the ticket, translated and helped me figure out how to pay it. Thank you. The hotel was under renovation but the room was very nice. It was quiet and had a nice view of the canal. The location is very central-walking distance to most sites and to the shopping areas. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, fantastic views and perfect layout for our family. We were traveling with our 16-month old son and they provided a very comfy crib for his sleep and the room worked out great. We could easily walk to so many things. The kitchenette was perfect for a traveling family and even had a burner!

We had a fantastic stay, and enjoyed the service, location and facilities. The swimming pool was clean and relaxing, the bar was intimate and the roof top bar is really worth a visit to enjoy the views. The love music added to the atmosphere without being over powering. The room was large, clean and comfortable with a large bathroom and powerful shower. The breakfast was excellent - lots of choice and great service. It didn’t disappoint in any way.

Located about 5 mins walk from the UBahn station Stephansplatz, the hotel looks nice as you enter. A large foyer/bar area. Check in was easy; we tried our rudimentary German wherever we went, but the receptionist's English was the best way for us to communicate. Our stay entitled us to a free travel card for public transport, something we hadn't known in advance. We'd bought a family ticket when we landed in Hamburg and should've waited. As it happened, we used ours until it ran out, then got the hotel one for our trip to the station to head to Berlin. Incidentally, the public transport system in Hamburg (and Berlin) seems to operate on a trust method. You buy a ticket, then have to get it stamped/validated at a machine. That then starts the period of use for the ticket (24 hours/4 days etc). If you don't validate the ticket, and nobody checks; you can, in theory, travel for free. There's a €60 fine per person if you travel without a valid ticket. We had two rooms as a family, both on the same bit of corridor. The largest room looked out over the main street, but that didn't mean it was too noisy. It had a double bed and a fold out sofa bed; bath, shower and storage. There was even a small balcony. The smaller room was a double bed, shower and had less room. Both rooms were well appointed, clean and welcoming. There was a fridge/minibar. Some of the items were free (water, tea and coffee) the booze wasn't. We didn't have any meals there or breakfast, so can't comment on that. The bar is nice. When we were there, the barman was excellent. Singing along to opera and other eclectic songs from a playlist. In fact, we saw him in the street the following day, and he was still singing! Overall, a pleasant stay; good location, nice staff.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely spa section. My husband and I loved it. The staff was very friendly and nice. The location was also close to centrum in Hamburg.

The location is very good, very close to the city center and other attractions, and the transportation is very convenient, just next to the U4 subway station. The hotel is 4 stars locally, the service is very attentive, and the staff are very friendly and enthusiastic! We will stay in this hotel next time! Especially recommended is family travel, this is the uniqueness of this hotel!

Would totally recommend this hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast, especially with warm food. Loved that they make you eggs of your choice. Quiet atmosphere, peaceful at nighttime. Th
