The room is very large, the space is enough, and the beautiful Mount Fuji is seen outside the window, which is very pleasant.

I used it when I stayed at a drinking party. The rooms and corridor lobby are beautiful in the newly opened hotel. There was a restaurant ＆ bar on the 1st floor, but it was closed due to the influence of Corona. I would like to expect an early resumption. The room is a good size, but I felt that the toilet and bathtub were a little small. Body soap and shampoo are provided on the wall, but some amenities will be brought from the side of the front desk as much as you need. The parking lot is affiliated with the adjacent multi-storey car park, so you will be parked there. It is a good hotel to use because it is close to the downtown area.

There is a convenience store on the first floor near the station. It is also a short walk to downtown and there is no problem with the location. The response of the employees is also good impression. There is a feeling of cleanliness. We were able to upgrade our room this time and spend more comfortably. This room was the west end of the north side, so I can take a picture of Enshu Railway from the window of the room (the hotel is right next to the far iron elevated line), so I think it is a happy room for railroad fans. It is troublesome to do it only by the machine next to the front desk. If you make the name etc. fill in at the front desk, it is more efficient to advance to the liquidation by the flow.

Stayed on the Executive Floor. Very clean, comfortable, firm and wide double bed with somewhat hard pillows. The room was spacious with a nice desk and rolling chair, and another wooden chair with a back massage pillow. Wifi was stable. Pajamas were thick. Declined the daily cleaning, however housekeeping staff hooked a bag of fresh towels, pajama set, green tea and bottled water to the door each day. Safety box above a small fridge. Amenity station in the lobby with assorted bath salts and other supplies. Also, liked the blackout shades that converted to a gentle screen. Check out the daily Happy Hour from 5 - 8pm just before dusk to have a pretty view of Hamamatsu station as the sun goes down. Had a variety of drinks, alcohol and rice cracker snacks. Overall, a great, convenient location. The annoying thing was I kept hearing faint knocking sounds from the plumbing or vents throughout my week long stay. For light sleepers, this can be a deciding factor. Will try another hotel next time.

The hotel room was a lot smaller than I expected. It’s possibly because of the difference in photos online and the actual room in person. The stay was ok. I was only at the hotel for sleep or stopping by to drop something off. The location is extremely good since it’s right by the station. I would give full marks in that. If you’re not staying at the hotel for long, I recommend it.

I started visiting Okura hotel in Hamamatsu since March 2010 and this hotel and its wonderful staff has always been consistent in delivering exceptionally wonderful service. The hotel is located strategically next to Hamamatsu train station which makes it very convenient to get to. Act City Mall is located next to the hotel and it’s a convenient place to shop. There’s also many restaurants and bars which are located not more then 10 minutes walk from the hotel. If you get a view at one of the higher floors, you will get an awesome view of Hamamatsu city. There are many restaurants in the hotel as well as the complex where the hotel is located. The hotel is decorated with music themes and I like how the elevator has Chopin’s music notes on it. Exceptionally classy and beautiful hotel!

最初駅から向かった時に迷ってしまい(GPSつけながら向かったのですが、私が方向音痴なのとGPSがうまく作動しなかった為)地元の方に聞いてやっと着きました。何の事はない私が大回りしていただけで、JR浜松駅中央の通路を遠鉄百貨店と反対の方に出れば、5分程で着きます。有名な餃子屋さん(むつ菊)はホテルの裏にあります。 着いて荷物を預けた時にアメニティについて特に説明が無かったのですが、部屋着や綿棒、フットピロー等はフロントに言えば借りられます。エレベーター横に部屋着、綿棒等は置いてあります。部屋は広くはないですが、清潔で使いやすかったです。私は机の前の椅子には座らず、もっぱらベットからテレビを見ていました。 2泊しましたが朝食は日替わりで、パンの種類も変わりました。スムージーもです。１日目はウナギご飯を食べそびれたので、2日目は早めに行き食べる事が出来ました！種類は多くないですが、無料の朝食はありがたかったです。 一つ中々慣れなかったのが洗面所の蛇口です。最後までどっちに回せば蛇口？シャワー？ってなっていました(自分が慣れなかっただけです。。)お風呂にお湯を入れる時に、蛇口の長さが少し足りない気がしました。 あとよかったのはウェルカムドリンクです。１４時からコーヒー、レモン水が飲めます(コーヒーはもっと早くから飲めた気もします) 全体的にとても良いホテルライフでした。また機会があれば他のコンフォートホテルにも泊まってみたいです。

I had a job in fukuroi city and stayed here. Close to national Route 1, access to Iwata city and fukuroi city is good, and there are restaurants and convenience stores around the hotel, very convenient location ^_^ There is also a large bath in artificial hot springs, which healed the fatigue of work! There were coin laundry, vending machines and restaurants, and the staff were polite and nice. The room is a bit small but clean and clean. It is a recommended hotel if you stay overnight.

It is a new and clean building in a hotel located in front of the station. The parking lot is on the back side beyond the track, so it is close by foot, but it takes about 10 minutes by car. If you go by car, it is recommended to stop in front of the hotel and then move to the parking lot after receiving the explanation. The room was small but new and clean, and the water pressure of the hot water was good. It seems to be a business hotel, so if you can choose, the room away from the elevator is recommended. If you stay in the front room, you can hear the voice guide at the arrival of the elevator. There was a public bus and it was good to put it in the foot. It was a little disappointing that I couldn't use it because I had a large powder room at present. There was a little trouble about the parking fee, but I was very polite in the exchange by the phone. The hotel that responds firmly at such a time can stay with peace of mind. I will do it here if I go nearby again.

GGuest UserVisited for the first time in a while. As always, this hotel is child-friendly and offers preferential treatment everywhere. The staff's response was also good. Various events are held, including prizes drawn by lottery. This time it was Universal Stay. It still feels far away. Barrier-free with separate toilet and bath. The bathrooms are usually spacious and easy to use. The air conditioner is also working well. The public bath, which can be used by day-trippers, is generally clean. The washing area still has a time-stop faucet. The hot springs are a little hot. To my surprise, the Daedarabotchi hot spring was closed. It would not be an exaggeration to say that one-fourth of the charm of the inn has now disappeared. I would like to see a remodel of an open air space that is rarely used to create a jacuzzi and carbonated spring. Since there is no hot water at Daidarabotchi, the next day we went to the public bath exclusively for guests. There is also a time-stop faucet in the washing area. What's more, the shower takes less time to run than the time-stop faucets in the public baths that day visitors can use. As expected, this is tough. The hot springs are transparent. The public bath that day visitors can use is brown, but why is it different? Even though it's the same source. Dinner has a wide variety of menus as usual. The grilled eel and beef steak were delicious, and when I counted the number of plates, I ate exactly the same amount. The dessert was also delicious. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming considering the number of items, but the pizza was delicious and the desserts were decent, so I have no complaints. So, although it was a shame that the hot springs at Daidarabotchi were no longer available, I felt that it was an excellent hotel in an almighty sense. I would like the price to be reduced to compensate for the lack of hot water at Daidarabotchi.

555love1999We used it for two adults and one infant before summer vacation! We stayed in a cheap price of less than 10000 yen in the location of the station. The size of the room was perfect and the infant could run around. The facilities were clean and comfortable. At night, you can get a hotel special curry for free, and breakfast is free and buffet is very satisfying. There was curry in the morning, but it was delicious! It was a quality that I didn't think was free. However, the response of the young men and women at the check-in was not good, so ☆ was -1. I can't understand it because I'm bad at the tooth out of greeting and I'm not sure I'm sorry that I'm so good at other things. I would like to use it when staying in Hamamatsu, so I expect the front desk education to be thorough!

LLincoln WoodRented bicycles for 24hpurs for only 1000 each. Worked perfectly well. Took advantage of the lounge which had a lovely atmosphere. Bedroom was bigger than many other places I've stayed at. Staff at reception were smiley. Cleaners too were jolly.
Only down side was the bathroom toilet. There was nowhere to put a change of clothes towel etc. so I managed to soak them.

TTAKABOOOOOWe used it during Hamamatsu sightseeing. It was a subtle distance from the station １０ minutes, but it was a distance that would not be bitter for a solo trip to walk while enjoying the town and the food and drink town. It was a Sunday stay, so it was a very reasonable price, also a free drink and a lounge room with a wide 々, and a full Viking and service and satisfaction that doesn't seem to be free for breakfast, rice, etc. It is a high hotel. The interior of the hotel was renovated and the room was beautiful. I raised it early, so I left my luggage at the front desk, but the response was very good.

SsungoiIt is a little far from the station but acceptable. It was good because it was a quiet place and it is convenient because it is a convenience store in front of you. The employees can respond politely and the breakfast is ◎ considering that it is free. I think the accommodation fee was very cheap considering the above.

Ttomotan1324It is a business hotel just outside the south exit of Hamamatsu Station. It was still like a new building, so the building and the room were very beautiful. However, some of the front desk staff seem to have not enough training yet. (I can't find my name I'm booking on the net!) After waiting for a few minutes, I said, ”I'm leaving my luggage in the morning, but I'm cherry blossoms”, and finally found it. There was a large bath (although if you enter 3 people in the bathtub, the hot water seems to overflow), and there was a cherry blossom. In addition, 18:00 ～ 20:00 is called happy hour and 1 cup of alcohol can be drunk for free at 1F restaurants It's! (I had a raw beer) as a snack, and there were persimmon seeds and beans. The next morning breakfast was also sterilized with fingers, vinyl gloves, I had a buffet style. There were many kinds of side dishes and it was a satisfactory content.

GGuest UserThe walls were very thin and you can hear the voice of the next room (the phone for a long time at night??). It was also a sword-sword tone and was uncomfortable. But this is not the responsibility of the hotel because it is a problem of the manners of the guests. . Although the facilities are old, the place where wallpaper can be done is clean, and the feeling of the staff (especially foreign countries was very good.) Good, breakfast is quite substantial for the price and has a good price I did. The public bath is very comfortable whether it was renewed. The unit in the room is old, but there is no problem because the public bath is comfortable. I enjoyed the train view by staying in a room with a view of the Shinkansen, but for those who don't like railways, it's just noisy. Because there are many, there are often heavy bass passing sounds.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was good. The included breakfast was surprisingly awesome! we loved it. The only thing I would say is that the water in the shower is WAAAY too hot... I mean it's dangerously hot to the point you can actually burn yourself. I recommend starting with cold and then warming it up slowly to avoid injury, or hopefully the hotel can set a limit for the temperature that is more reasonable.

KKpp82The price was right however the hotel was extremely old and outdated. Bathrooms seemed like the original from 1980. Dirt and dust under the beds showed questionable cleanliness. We asked for a non smoking room, got a smoking room with our 2 year old, unable to change due to no vacancy. One washer / dryer was helpful as was a microwave in the lobby. Staff spoke very little English. TV was an old box style with the option to pay for a pay tv card allowing access to adult porn.... whole place felt dirty. GGuest UserIt was convenient because you can go from Hamamatsu Station without crossing a big road. I used it for the live expedition this time, but it was very helpful to arrive at Hamamatsu station around noon and to leave my luggage before check-in and carry it to the room.
It's a short walk to the convenience store, so if you come from the station, you might want to finish shopping at the convenience store first.
The staff at the front desk were polite and very good at any time zone.
I felt that the air conditioner was difficult to adjust for me, and even if it was weakest in three stages, the temperature was a little high.
