駅前の好立地。 フロント前にはコーヒーとウォーターサーバーのサービスがあり、フロントも24時間対応。 外出時は鍵を預ける形。 傘の貸し出しもあり充実したサービスで満足でした。

The hotel has complete facilities and warm service

バスルームにはカビが生えていて、部屋の棚やテレビの上にはうっすらホコリが積もっていました。 空気清浄機が置いてありましたが、そこにもホコリが溜まっていて使えるものではありませんでした。 壁には飲み物が飛び散ったようなシミが数ヶ所あったり、清潔とは程遠い室内でした。

掃除が不十分、髪の毛がトイレの上や洗面台、浴槽内、外にたくさん落ちていて残念でした。 スタッフの対応は親切で気持ち良かったので残念でした。

立地もよく便利

大通りの横だったので排気音の大きな車やバイクが通ると騒がしいです

清潔でとても綺麗でした。窓が大きくて明るい部屋で居心地が良かったです。

It was a standard Showa-era room. The toilet was pitch black and difficult to clean. The separate pipes for the bathtub and the sink were covered in grime and were falling off. The sieve that catches the drainage and the thing that covers it were slimy and visibly dirty. The first thing I noticed was that the shower curtain hadn't been replaced. It was designed with an S-hook so it was easy to replace, but the top was covered in black mold and the bottom was covered in red mold. It was slimy. It was disgusting and I couldn't use it. The lighting in the bathroom was dim. There was dust on top. There was no decoration on the bed. Just some random nightwear. Why was the hair dryer on the bottom shelf without a door? Was it some kind of harassment? The top of the closet was a breeding ground for dust. It was obvious at a glance that the plywood was dirty and worn. The view from the window was of a multi-storey car park. It was the same as Toyoko Inn. Check-out was at 10, but a cleaning lady knocked and opened the door before 10. It was the worst. The cleaning staff are so careless that they don't even seem to be doing their job fast enough, as if they're being told to hurry up and get out. It's unbelievable.
