We arrived early in the morning 5:00 ,and the night Portier was very rude. Not really helpful. Later under the stay, the same
experience with him. The day shift staff was helpfully and friendly.
Unfortunately there was an event outside the hotel under our stay what leads to noise disturbing early in the morning under our stay.

Tôi và bạn của mình cư trú tại khách sạn này 4n4đ trải nghiệm khách sạn vô cũng tuyệt, nhân viên thân thiên vui vẻ với khách hàng, khách sạn nằm gần cảng và sunword nên có thể đi bộ dễ dàng, phòng thì sạch đẹp view có thể nhìn được cảnh vịnh hạ long. Nhưng có lẽ khách sạn đang sữa chữa nên lâu lâu có nghe tiếng nhưng cũng không đáng kể

The room is so comfortable and calm and clean I like the breakfast in the morning it’s so delicious but i didn’t like the lunch a lot actually and specially I love the view from the room u should make more effort in the lunch.so happy for my experience in this hotel :)
