We had to drag the luggage trolley ourselves. The room was clean, but it hadn't been done properly, so we had no towels. We weren't informed about when or where breakfast was served, where the pool was located, or what time the bar opened. There was no information available anywhere. When a maid rang the doorbell, I asked her to come back later as my dad was relaxing. She said she was really busy. The hotel is next to a loud nightclub on the street with no soundproofing. The hotel is also really expensive. The rooms and corridor are dated and absolutely not 4-star quality. The lobby is nothing like the rest of the hotel. Both elevators were out of order, and the TV was awful. There was no information provided upon check-in. The safe was awful—vertical and really narrow—with no light by the wardrobe where the safe is located. The plugs don't stay in the wall, and there are no plugs by the bed. There is no overhead light, and no light by the wardrobe, making it impossible to see.
