Very satisfied with the service. I have stayed in some hotels in Canada, including several five-star Fairmonts, and in comparison, the service in this hotel is indeed very comfortable. The location of this hotel is also very good. It takes seven or eight minutes downhill to the beach, five minutes uphill to Castle Hill, and less than ten minutes to the Public Garden. Breakfast is weak and lacks variety. Next time I come to Hafa, I might consider choosing this hotel again.

I used to have the experience of booking an overseas hotel when I said there was no order and communicated many times before finding the order. I was quite worried before I checked in this time, but it turned out that the check-in went smoothly, and I will still book hotels with Ctrip in the future.

We celebrated our Anniversary and stayed 2 nights. We were upgraded and had a beautiful view. The room was immaculate and our bed was comfortable. We had dinner at Gio one night in the hotel and the food was delicious. The location to the waterfront and Citadel was also so convenient.

A wonderful experience! The rooms are good, solid, no frills, 4 stars. The staff are exceptional, 6 stars! I let Jannie know it was a big birthday for my wife (ending in a zero). She arranged to leave a card, chocolate, and drink vouchers for us. These are the types of things that really make you feel good and want to return (and write a review). Thank you Prince George!

We were with a group tour run by Tauck and they booked this hotel. We liked it. The rooms are clean and everything works. I don’t think it’s really a luxury hotel but the location is quite good. A couple of outstanding features are the instant on hot water in the rooms and the amazing bacon they serve with their breakfast. Other nice features are they’re very friendly with a prompt response to any request. They do have a pool. There’s also a deck where you can have cocktails and snacks. We stayed here a total of five nights during our trip and would return if we were to visit Halifax again.

We had to drag the luggage trolley ourselves. The room was clean, but it hadn't been done properly, so we had no towels. We weren't informed about when or where breakfast was served, where the pool was located, or what time the bar opened. There was no information available anywhere. When a maid rang the doorbell, I asked her to come back later as my dad was relaxing. She said she was really busy. The hotel is next to a loud nightclub on the street with no soundproofing. The hotel is also really expensive. The rooms and corridor are dated and absolutely not 4-star quality. The lobby is nothing like the rest of the hotel. Both elevators were out of order, and the TV was awful. There was no information provided upon check-in. The safe was awful—vertical and really narrow—with no light by the wardrobe where the safe is located. The plugs don't stay in the wall, and there are no plugs by the bed. There is no overhead light, and no light by the wardrobe, making it impossible to see.

The staff was very friendly , helpful & professional. Breakfast buffet had many choices. Rooms are nicely appointed. The overall location to many of the major attractions makes this hotel a winner. The menu is great.i would stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at this hotel in a harbour view room. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The shower had been updated recently. Our room was on the top floor with access to the Crown Lounge, which had juices, coffee, tea, hot chocolate and some packaged snacks. Robes were provided in this room category as well. The hotel has a great location next to the Citadel and near the serene Public Gardens. We were able to walk around the very nice town easily (though the hotel is up on a little hill from the waterfront, if mobility is an issue). We did the Hop On/Off bus to get an overview of the town. The bus stop was less than a 10 minute walk from the hotel. We saw the Marriott which looked nice too, but I preferred the location of the Prince George.
