"The 1st room they gave us was dirty. They then gave us another room. We had to ask them to turn the TV on twice it was so complicated to run. Room service you call the front desk and give them your phone number and they’ll have the restaurant call you. Make sure to get a menu from front desk first because there isn’t one in the room. They do not clean room unless you ask!"

"John and Jan have an impeccably restored home with every surface spotless and every piece of silver gleaming. Bring a book and sit in the beautiful sunny library. Be ready for an impromptu concert in the Steinway player piano and enjoy the fabulous artwork. Breakfast was yummy and everything was fresh. Be ready to be surprised by the daily types of bread. Our room was a romantic hideaway with a view of the river and bright sunshine waking us each morning. This was the perfect Valentines Day stay topped off by a fabulous dinner at, Le Quai Bistrot Francais, the local French restaurant. Thank you."
