I demand a refund asap!!
I stayed here in February 2024 and was rudely awoken by a police officer at 2am after a disturbance in the room next to me. (9th floor exec lounge)
I mistakenly gave them another chance for one night this summer, after a great night in the exec lounge, I had a shower and attempted to get into bed only to find blood speckled all over the bedsheets.
The prices this hotel charges, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum to be expected!
