"I loved the hotel. The staff is very friendly and not just superficial. The manager was very thorough with his explanations, and the staff serving us food were very patient and kind to us, even though we don't speak Japanese. The private onsen is very nice; it's outdoors and can be used by reservation. It also has shared baths. The location is in a mountain village with other facilities where you can ski in the winter and enjoy hiking nearby. If you ask, they can get you a discount on the White Road. It's an hour from Kanazawa, so we took advantage of it to spend a day exploring and then relaxing in nature."

"When we arrived at the hotel to check in, we were shocked to discover that the location had nothing to do with the first picture presented on Trip.com for this hotel. The misleading picture is a location over 1h drive away from the hotel! This is false advertising! The hotel itself is located in a ski station, which means the whole area was empty and dreadful in this early November. The dinner we paid for in advanced was absolutely pitiful, a disgrace for Japanese hospitality - even a poor student dormitory would produce a better meal! A burger patty, two small chicken wings, and a few other dishes were placed on our table for us to microwave ourselves. The (also charged) breakfast was only marginally better…"

"Use for sightseeing purposes. The private parking lot was full, but the adjacent parking lot was available. As for accommodation, the facilities, amenities, and cleaning are standard and there is no dissatisfaction. There was also a restaurant nearby, which was helpful for late arrival at night. I slept well without any noise or noise. I reduced the cleanliness because I had hair left in the toilet (because some people may care)."

"When I returned home from my parents' home in Obon, I stayed with my family as an inn in the neighborhood. Thank you very much. It is difficult to make a reservation just before this time, but fortunately １ room vacancy came out and used it. The interior was no problem than the appearance and I was able to spend comfortably. We were satisfied with the service such as welcome drinks, night ramen and breakfast. The large communal bath was also comfortable, but is it sticky on the floor of the dressing room? The fact that there were multiple shower head failures in the bathhouse is a little negative."
