"The location is very good, just near Happo-one, parking is also convenient and spacious, the front desk service is very enthusiastic, and introduced the ski resort's evening business hours. The lobby lounge is cozy, but the public bath is not very good. I hardly saw anyone using it. I prefer to go to the nearby Happo-one Onsen for a bath. It is cheap and good."

"I do like the hotel itself, however the front desk service has to improve , especially for the language skill, and the respondent of the email, is too late, in order to avoid the communication problems."

"Very well spoken check in staff who knows English which was very helpful. Cosy hotel and parking is free as a guest here. Thou it's not sheltered. Gave us a bottle of honey for our anniversary."

"The hotel's service was excellent, the views were great, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. It was also very clean and tidy. The host was incredibly warm and friendly. Plus, during the ski season, you can ski in and ski out! Highly recommend this place; I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Hakuba Goryu for skiing."

"We do really love this hotel. It’s on our special occasion and they contacted us prior to arrive if we want to have cake. They also arrange a hand written card which is very cute. The room is spacious with nice decoration, room also have a kitchen and dining area with ding tools. Staff is very helpful and friendly, we planned for a cherry blossom but it’s too soon. She recommends us for a nearby town with full bloom period. I can’t remember her name but she’s great. For next time in Hakuba, we’ll surely stay here again!"
