The location is not difficult to find, just a ten-minute walk south from Yumoto Station. The room was also very nice. In fact, it can accommodate seven or eight people.
The disadvantage is that there is no Chinese service. There are two rooms, but the booking does not tell you which one it is.
Moreover, the unlocking password given in the text message and on-site message after booking was wrong. But I couldn’t get through the B&B’s customer service phone number.
Fortunately, Ctrip customer service dug out the correct password in the middle of the night, otherwise I would have been sleeping on the street.
There is no problem with the house, but the service is completely lacking.

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Hakone Yumoto station. Check in instructions was easy. The rooms were big and comfortable. Kitchen was a useful size, only thing is the ports and pans were slightly dirty.
