When I was taking a photo of my child in the lobby, a female staff member took it for me. All the staff were kind.
The rumored asparagus served at dinner was indeed delicious. The homemade omelettes for breakfast were also delicious. The pudding was surprisingly tasty.
The hot springs were also very pleasant. I would like to stay here again if I come to Hakone.

It's very close to Togendai Cable Car Station, just over 10 minutes by bus, and it's very convenient whether you take the cable car or the Pirate Boat. Breakfast and dinner are all-you-can-eat buffets, and there are many choices for dinner. The room facilities look a bit old, but the price includes two meals. The hot spring is not big but has an outdoor area

The room is really big, with 2 large beds and 2 tatami mats, as well as a three-person sofa and a single sofa. Although the facilities are a bit old, it is within expectations. There are 3 indoor soups and one outdoor soup with sulfur smell

Very satisfied, the most comfortable hotel I have ever been to since coming to Japan, the room is spacious, and even with three beds it is not cramped. Clean and tidy, the hot spring is not big, with a large pool indoors and outdoors, and the real hot spring is better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had noticeable stains on the carpet,curtains
and the upholstery, which made the space feel unkempt and uncomfortable. There were also pen marks on the walls and surfaces, suggesting that proper cleaning had not been carried out. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel until they address these issues.so we are requesting for refunding the full amount
