The service was good, but the breakfast and dinner were not tasty, and it was very quiet, so it was a bit scary to go in and out alone.

Accommodation and meals were excellent. Quaint accommodation, onsen, meals were all great. Staff were very friendly, heard it is a historic accommodation but it is well preserved and a very nice place in many ways.

I made a last-minute plan to go to Hakone for a hot spring bath while on a business trip from Tokyo. It was more beautiful than I expected! It just so happened that the hotel has a 360-year history limit, and every trace of history is revealed, which is very interesting! The service staff were very nice. The gentleman who checked us in and the ********* lady made us feel very friendly! The food is exquisite and delicious, and the portions are huge! Hope to have the opportunity to go again in the future🫶🏻

Very good experience, quiet and comfortable choice
There is a service at Hakone-Yumoto Station to deliver your luggage directly to the hotel. Then I relaxed and played for a long time. In the afternoon, I took the bus back to the hotel and took a bath in the hot spring. It was very comfortable and relaxing.
