The hotel is relatively old, the Japanese-style room is clean, the open-air hot spring is good, and you can see Mount Fuji, depending on the weather. Breakfast and dinner are buffets, and there are many people, so it is a bit chaotic, and there are many varieties of food. Comprehensive consideration, the hotel price is relatively affordable in the same area and of the same type, but the buffet experience is not very good when there are many people.

The environment is pretty good. You need to take the ropeway to get there. But the breakfast and dinner in the Japanese hotels I have been to are very average. I hope the hotel can improve the quality of the food, and it is okay to increase the price. After all, if you stay here, you basically eat in the hotel.

The Japanese-style room I stayed in had old facilities and the air conditioner made a lot of noise. The hotel would pick up guests at three locations, starting at 9am. One day, I arrived at the pick-up point at 5pm and called the hotel but no one answered the phone. I asked Ctrip customer service to contact them but they were not available, so I had to walk back by myself.

Hygiene: It's quite clean, and I didn't find any flaws. Environment: It has its own garden, and there is a beautiful church at the door. The most important thing is that it is only three minutes' walk from the cable car station. The cable car can reach everywhere, and you can also transfer to the pirate ship. It is super convenient and you don't need a car at all. Service: In fact, there is no service at all. It is the first time I have seen a hotel where you have to lay the tatami yourself. If you don't specifically request it the next day, the room will not be cleaned. The waiters in the restaurant are generally very cold, and only the waiter who delivers roast beef is very warm and considerate. The mixed-race brother at the front desk is very good, fluent in English, clear in giving directions, and can start from the perspective of the guests, plus chicken legs! Facilities: It is relatively old, and all are very old-fashioned equipment. There is nothing to eat in the restaurant buffet. Overall, one night and two meals, the price-performance ratio is OK.
