I stayed here because I was working nearby.
The room was spacious enough for one person to stay in.
There were no places to shop nearby, so it was inconvenient.

In Kyoritsu Resort, it is the most popular and favorite inn of my home. The lobby lounge was crowded, so I relaxed because I had coffee until check-in on a large terrace outside the lounge. From this terrace, you can see the forest tree 々 and it is designed to hear the sound of the water. Even after the next morning's bath, I came to the lounge and drank morning coffee and cold black bean tea. The coolness of the terrace outside is relieved when the hot water is up. The green leaves are still beautiful, and with the sound of water, it is really healed. When I went to a bath with a large bath, the basket in the dressing room was a locker type. The locker pattern was bamboo or bamboo, and it was dark peppermint color and white (Hawaii?), and it did not match the atmosphere of the original ancient bath at all. When I returned to the room and visited the locker with me, I said, ”it's cheap”, and I feel completely the same. I don't see such a pattern even in day trip hot water. As I said that the chair of the hot water (drinking milk) was lost, I had a rest place with a TV at the end (the opposite direction to the elevator). Also, the morning lactic acid beverage was changed to this place. The bath was in the morning of the next morning, and after a long time, I went to the rental open-air bath. It's nice to feel like a bath in the forest (just a bath). Also, when you go to another large bath, you still use a basket in the dressing room (there is a locker for the key of the room), strange tropical? I was relieved that I didn't become a locker. This is also an ancient bath. Dinner was the quietest seat in the back when I put a quiet seat and a request. The content of the meal and the person in charge were good. Only this inn has 60 minutes of alcohol at dinner in Kyoritsu Resort, which I have stayed so far. Because it is 60 minutes, this service is happy because it is not too much to drink. I like the point that I can slow because I check out at 11 o'clock.

I stayed at tiger no Yu for the first time. Despite Saturday nights, it was a reasonable price setting, so it was a high reputation, but I didn't expect much. First of all, the facility is like a recreational center of former Dentsu, and the interior and exterior of the red bricks have a luxury feeling and were surprised. The making is different from the hotel, but it is ◎. The hot spring is only inner hot water, but it is even thin and cloudy. The smell of sulfur smells a little at the outlet of the hot water, but it is hardly in the bathroom. Because the amount of water in the source is small, it seems to be a hanging flow after only water, and the skin becomes svesve, and it is a very good spring quality. After the hot water rises, the pokapoka continues for a while. The cow shab for dinner is an alternative service, but I received only half a time because it was difficult to ask. There are a volume of vegetables and salads, so if you flatten them all, you will be quite full if you are a woman or a thin man of food. However, dinner was a happy miscalculation. 3 appetizers are also good. sesame dallet and ponvinegar are not hard and the taste of meat is not *. Meat is also peach meat? I couldn't tell you whether it was a place, but it was a moderate frost, and it was the best choice to eat it with shab shab. You can enjoy the sweetness and taste of the meat without getting tired. However, it may be because I replaced meat when I began to swell, but the meat that I replaced a little bit smelled more subtle than the sweetness of meat than the first meat, and I thought ”eh” for a moment. I added ponvinegar and asagi, but my wife didn't notice it, so it may be my temper. The dessert vanilla ice cream is thick and the mix berry sauce is handmade? Is it, it was very delicious and enjoyed until the end. In general, it was a look, taste, volume and a very satisfying dinner in oneself. Breakfast is cute in appearance, but it seems that I arranged almost the thing that was made, and there is not much handmade feeling. The hot tofu and shake were warm. I think the customer service attitude is good, but I feel the shortage of personnel at meals. I think it is different if I use it on weekdays because this day is full. I think it is not possible to use this inn at this accommodation because I reduced the labor cost and the service. It is helpful to be able to stay at this content at this price in Sengokuhara.

It's a little confusing, but the view and hot springs were the best. The main building was about 5 rooms, and there was not much contact with the people around me. On the 1st floor, there was a room on the 2nd floor with only a large atrium with a front desk and sofa, a bath and a dining room. The hot spring seems to work very well with nigori hot water. The skin becomes smooth, but the bathtub is slippery and carefully entered. We procured dinner and breakfast in Odawara, but we warmed it up and ate it leisurely in the room because we could use the microwave in the dining room. There is only one store that can be reached on foot from the inn. There are no convenience stores or supermarkets nearby, so if you don't go by car, you must procure food. On a sunny day, you can see Mt. Fuji behind Lake Ashino from the balcony. Unfortunately the weather was the day I stayed, but I could see Lake Ashino and a pleasure boat. The map app takes 4 minutes from the nearest Oishishita bus stop, but it actually takes about 10 minutes. It is safer to use it because you can pick up and drop off at Kojiri and Taogendai. Also, since I climbed the stone steps further from the hotel parking lot, I thought it would be better to avoid those with bad legs and the elderly. The hotel is barefoot walking. I was a little confused that there were no slippers in the toilet in the room.

Dinner was very good. We took the subway from Disneyland to the Shinkansen and then the bus to get directly to the door, which was very convenient. The private hot spring is great. It is recommended to take a dip in the afternoon for a better view. It was a bit dark when we took a dip in the evening. Breakfast and dinner need to be scheduled at a scheduled time. It is recommended that breakfast time be at 8:30, because he will come to collect the quilt 20 minutes in advance and will not be able to sleep in.

I recommend Hakone Ashinoko Hanori Hotel. The hotel is very beautiful. The lobby has a welcome drink. However, there is no wild food nearby, and it’s good to enjoy the hot spring quietly. This package includes one stay and two meals. There are not many choices for buffet dinner, and the desserts are more attractive.
The hot springs are relatively small, so you can enjoy the outdoor hot springs, but the spring water is like hot water 😂.
The breakfast was pleasantly surprised, and there were more choices than the dinner. All in all, the hotel is very comfortable and the staff are very polite.

On Friday, I had a break, so I hurriedly booked a plan for staying without meals. It is a mountain room in the pond building, within 1 Person 1 10,000 yen. In the evening 17 I arrived at half past half, but the shops near Hakone Yumoto Station were almost closed. The correct answer was that I was procuring side dishes in the basement of the department store in Shinjuku. The convenience store was open. There are liquor stores and Lawson near the inn. The garden was an invisible room, but it was wide 々 and the scenery was good and I could see the mountains. The cleaning was well done. The futon is a style that you lay yourself, but I was grateful that you were prepared for a split, plate, and glass, probably because of the consideration for guests staying without meals. Coffee and tea were also set. It was good that the large communal bath and the bath in the room were both hot springs. The room was a unit bath, but I didn't really care. The next morning I took a walk in the large garden. I was able to relax. Hakone Yumoto is close to 80 minutes from Shinjuku, and I think it is an affordable plan for train fares and accommodation plans for inns of this class. I want to go to stay again when I have time.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. It is just a few minutes walk to the Hakone shrine and tori gate on the water and about 15 minutes walk to the town by the water. From the town you can catch the pirate ship or ferry to the base of the cable car and head up the mountain to other attractions. The hotel grounds are lovely and full of pathways lined with Rhododendrum. The rooms are a great size and all have a view of the lake. I stayed on the third floor and in my opinion rooms on the third and fourth floors have a better view but the second floor rooms have a balcony and the first floor rooms have patios. The hotel provides yukatas and all toiletries you might need. The hotel onsen is small but nice and also has an outdoor bath. The hotel spa is very relaxing with a variety of services. I did not have dinner at the property but breakfast was very good. Every staff member I encountered was extremely professional, courteous and friendly. My only complaint is the mattress was very firm and I prefer some thing softer but that is a personal preference.

This time, I stayed in a premium view room on the top floor. All rooms have an ocean view, and you can see Hatsushima, Oshima, and the Boso Peninsula in the distance. The large public bath (with open-air bath) on the second floor is fed directly from the source, and the open-air bath in particular offers a view of the water park, Atami Castle, Korakuen Hotel, and Hotel New Akao. Dinner is buffet style at the restaurant on the third floor. There are about 80 items (it says so on the website, but I wonder if there were really that many?). I enjoyed the all-you-can-drink bran. Breakfast is also in the same place, buffet style, with about 60 items. The dried horse mackerel was especially delicious. Also, the massage chair was comfortable and suited my body! However, the parking lot is in a different building (additional charge), so it's a bit of a walk and a bit inconvenient.

Outstanding
GGuest UserHad a large Japanese style room on the fifth floor. The place is characterful and the onsens feel original and charming. Being in our 60's futons and dining on the floor was probably not the best choice. There is no restaurant or bar so you dine in your room. There are a lot of courses, maybe 10, for both breakfast and dinner served in batches of about 3 at a time. We really enjoyed dinner the first night but less so the second - there is no choice so the individual dishes are to your taste or not. We didn't enjoy breakfast which is more like a small meal and not to our taste. The building is up on the side of a hill and the whole area in very hilly so not easily walkable. We had a car and went on the cablecar up to the lake.
GGuest UserFacilities: Traveling with my family, we booked a room for three people. When we arrived, we found that there were not three beds. One of them was a temporary tatami mat. The other facilities were OK.
Hygiene: The bedding on the tatami mat was not as clean as the bedding on the other two fixed beds. The quilt seemed to be taken out and reused. I don’t know if it has been washed...because I found hair (my family opened it too quickly and didn’t take a picture)
Hygiene still needs to be improved. There was hair in the drawer for disposable items and hair fell in the bathtub
Service: After the front desk guy checked in, he would help take the luggage into the room, introduce the facilities in the room, and tell you where to put the clothes for the hot spring bath. You will leave only when you have no problem.
CCielYukiThe soundproofing effect of this hotel is very good and the room was very quiet, which allowed me to have a good rest. The service attitude of the hotel staff was very good, warm and thoughtful, and made me feel very welcome. The location of the hotel is also very good, with convenient transportation and many attractions and restaurants nearby. All in all, I like this hotel very much and highly recommend it!
GGuest UserLocation was great, just behind the train station. Room was huge and spacious with dining area.
Did not book with meals, counter staff first said we can walk in to Japanese restaurant without booking for dinner, other restaurants require reservation. When we returned in the evening, manager insisted all restaurants require reservation and Japanese restaurant was not open, only Chinese restaurant available. Unfortunately whole hakone was almost closed by 5pm, no choice but to take the Chinese food.
Booked private onsen with counter, staff at onsen counter had wrong rates and took a while to clarify, seems like half the staff were confused with inaccurate info.
Ofher than that, overall one night stay was pleasant, left my milk bottle there and they promptly forwarded to my next hotel upon request. Much appreciated!
GGuest UserWe stayed at the Hakone Hotel as part of a tour group. We had a spacious twin room with a view over the garden and part of Lake Ashi. The room spotlessly clean and was very comfortable. We had a comfortable chair and a comfortable 2 seater couch as well as comfortable beds. In the morning we had a beautiful clear view of Mt Fuji from the grounds of the hotel. We had a delicious included dinner at the hotel as well as a good buffet breakfast. There was a capsule coffee/tea maker in the room that I tried with Earl Grey Tea which was a bit strong for my taste.
GGuest UserI visited for free. Although there are some negative points due to the old facilities, it is a price range that is easy to visit when you want to come to the hot springs, and the quality of the hot springs is not bad, so it is a new and fashionable facility, to stay without seeking gorgeousness. I thought I was there. Personally, according to the hotel rules, you can go back and forth in the bath with sandals in the room, so I think sandals have dirt on the shoes on the outside, but there are no other footwear in the room. I was worried about the aging of the washroom and the bus, because the boundary between the foot and the non-smoking area seemed vague, including the cleaning staff.
GGuest UserWe were greeted by hotel staff upon arrival. We were not given the option to select dinner time, which was set at 8pm which was late when compared with counterparts. We were only given the option to change to 5pm on the subsequent night, which was not convenient for us. The arrangement for who gets to be seated with the forest view or not is unknown and strange. On the first night we were seated at a room without a view, which was stuffy and adjacent tables full of uncleared dishes which give rise to an unpleasant odour. The other customers sitting in the room was served food all at once encompassing shabu shabu, while sashimi bowl was offered as a buffet. We were offered a forest view on the second night. Food was served according to courses, which was average and sashimi offered was similar to what was offered in the buffet though in large pieces. Breakfast was better with Japanese and western foods available. Rooms and onsens were nice. Recommend only choose the room only option as food was really not up to standard when compared to other Japanese counterparts.
GGuest UserWe stayed in room 303. The room is really big for Japan. It has one bedroom and one living room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, pots and pans, a telescope on the balcony, a barbecue grill, and a refrigerator. There are many ingredients and drinks for free. They gave us a cake. I was so satisfied that I couldn't say anything. The view is really unique to Lake Ashi! You really can't find a better place to stay than here during the week around the lake! It's really a life hotel. Except for the lack of service staff, everything else is very good. The hot springs in the bathroom are all certified. I think they have a stronger sulfur smell than the hot springs on the Mount Fuji side! In short, I highly recommend it and hope to have a chance to come again in the future!
AAnonymous UserI like this old hotel frequently. The decoration and landscaping are extremely well done. Although the service staff are a bit old, their English skills are very good. I will choose Hakone for the long term.
KKwok KuenThe environment is clean and tidy. The service attitude was very good. The waiters were very careful when introducing the facilities and rooms. The room was larger than I expected. The food quality is very good (all the flavors I like). It’s just about the location. The walk from Hakone Yumoto Station to the hotel is on a slope, which can be difficult if you have large luggage. However, you can take a taxi from Hakone Yumoto Station.
