The service feels better than any Kaiyuan service I've been to before. Almost every hotel staff I meet takes the initiative to say hello and asks if they need help; the room service can also find ways to solve problems when it encounters them; the dedicated butler also provides various tips. They were all in place; the cleaning staff could clean the room during our breakfast without any rush. The park staff may have different responsibilities. Guest safety may be the first priority, but their enthusiasm may be slightly lower.
The room we booked was a basic terrace room in the main building. There was a high-power air purifier in the room. It didn’t smell like a new decoration. The room was smaller than the same room type in Hangzhou. The terrace was so small that it could only be called a balcony. The odd-numbered room given was far away from Shuangyuan and the breakfast room.
I knew the water park was closed outdoors, but I didn’t expect it to be so small indoors. I was a little surprised when I entered it. There are indoor water parks in Moganshan and Hangzhou suitable for older children, but Jiaxing only has outdoor ones and they are not open. There really isn’t anything for children to do in Mi Er. The small water village is too childish; the rapids river and the combination slide are not high enough; the surf pool is too difficult. You can only soak in the wave pool for two days. It’s really boring. I recommend it. All children in kindergarten and above will wait until the outdoor area opens during the summer vacation. In addition, the semi-dry and semi-shady area beside the wave pool is very slippery, and shoes are not allowed in that area. I saw several people almost slipping.
Dream Island Park is also very small compared to other parks. It is suitable for children under 8 years old. There are no go-karts that adults can play. I used the park ticket I bought during the pre-sale and it felt OK, but it is not worth the current ticket price. This ticket price You can play in any larger children's playground in the mall, so why go out of town. But the advantage is that the aesthetics are very good. Although it is colorful and not boring at all, it is very beautiful to take pictures. It also provides a blanket for adults to sleep on. This is so amazing that I want to take a nap after seeing it.
The restaurant has good reviews online, but it’s actually a little bit worse than the Senbo buffet dinner I’ve been to before. In my mind, the previous Senbo buffet dinner was the ceiling of Chinese buffets. In the past, other Senbo buffets had crayfish and special seafood snacks. There are no casseroles, large intestine and beef brisket casseroles, seafood skewers, freshly squeezed juices, and imported drinks. All that remains is the greasy meaty food that will make you full once you eat it. The key point is that the price is now a lot more expensive. There used to be freshly squeezed juices for breakfast, but now they are gone. It seems that there are many varieties of breakfast, but in fact they are all staple foods. We have always been obsessed with Senbo's catering, so we are still quite disappointed.
Overall, I feel that Senbo, which is the closest to Shanghai, is more suitable for families with younger children. I would recommend it to friends with young children. Older children still prefer Moganshan Senbo, or it is better to go to Hangzhou Senbo. The North and South Lakes are dozens of kilometers away.

AAnonymous UserThis is a nice hotel that has a great location. I stayed for two nights on a weekend just to get away and there was plenty to see within waking distance. You’re next to a mall, McDonald’s and KFC as well as a garden, a park and a temple. The front desk was very courteous, as a foreigner I had to use my translator to communicate, but they helped me out and made it a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was provided which was a buffet, mainly Chinese dishes, but also had fried eggs, cereal, toast and a few western items. The room was very clean and amenities were provided. I would highly recommend this hotel!
