"The stay and amenities were decent. However, I have a major issue with the complimentary afternoon tea. If you're going to offer it, don't make it such a frustrating experience. First, I waited for 10 minutes with no one around. After the front desk was contacted, a service staff member, clearly annoyed, continued with her own tasks (organizing cardboard boxes) before finally acknowledging me. She said it would be quick, but I ended up waiting for about 20 minutes. So, I essentially waited there for half an hour. I eventually lost patience and went back to my room. Later, a front desk staff member delivered it to my room, and when I inquired about speaking with a manager, no one followed up with me until I checked out."

Later, it was changed to the penultimate room, and the last room was a worker's room. If you are not satisfied, I will change it. I feel that the hotel will give better seats to reservations through its own APP or mini-program, and is more discriminatory towards Ctrip orders. In addition, when I arrived at the hotel, I asked about breakfast included, right? The front desk said breakfast was not included. I should open Ctrip myself to confirm that breakfast is included. It's a complete discrimination against Ctrip for placing orders!"

"We took a short family trip during the National Day holiday. My wife, our two daughters (both in middle school), and my mother-in-law made up the five of us in the car. The hotel had family rooms, and we booked two. The bedding was comfortable, the floor was high, and the natural light was great. The breakfast was very good; the place wasn't big, but the selection was quite comprehensive. The only downside was the hotel's location; there weren't many amenities nearby. However, compared to older hotels in the county town, newer hotels are always better in terms of facilities and cleanliness. If you're driving, this isn't a problem. It's very close to the windmill, so I recommend getting up early to watch the sunrise. Finally, I want to thank Xiaoyu at the front desk. We were quite forgetful upon arrival, causing a lot of trouble, but she was always very helpful and even gave us a small gift. Thank you again!"

"Our first time staying in this hotel , We chose it because it was 1 of only 3 that had a swimming pool , a call was made the day before we booked to make sure the pool was open, as with previous experience you cannot rely on trip.com to give accurate Information , on arrival we were then informed that the pool was an external business, that a swimming cap was reguired , which we had not been informed of when asking about the pool, this was another 135cny , which made the overall cost more than the Ramada hotel, thankfully the manager of the hotel accepted this responsibility and provided a solution, thank you , everything else had been great upto this point and the front desk staff the next morning were kind enough to shower our daughter with gifts , thank you again, we will book again next time, more prepared"
