Haixi Prefecture Hotels with Airport pickup service

The first night of this trip was at Vienna in Longnan. The room felt pretty good, so when I arrived at Chaka Town and planned to stay for one night, I chose Vienna Hotel in Chaka!! Facilities: Not bad, relatively new! Service: OK Hygiene: The bathroom should be checked and cleaned, because many people have reported this problem, I also report it, and the bathroom should be cleaned more!!!

This is one of the better quality options in Golmud (there aren’t many). The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. Unfortunately, the service was very poor - there were no functioning USB ports in the room and the hotel was unhelpful - seeming unwilling or unable able to offer a solution. The “room service” is actually takeaway food delivered from outside the hotel but no cutlery/chopsticks was provided with it. When we asked the hotel to provide some, it took nearly 20 minutes to arrive (longer than the food itself), by which time the food was getting cold. We had to ask repeatedly for sufficient drinking water, having only been provided two small bottles for two people. Aside from the poor service, the hotel is in an odd location, surrounding by closed shops and building sites - nowhere near the commercial centre of the city - with nothing within walking distance. With the right management, it could be an excellent hotel, but it’s not quite there at the moment.

My wife and I booked a room when we arrived at the hotel. The hotel was newly opened and the facilities, equipment and services were all very good value for money. When we told the front desk that we needed to wash clothes, the front desk took the initiative to arrange a room close to the laundry room for us, which felt so thoughtful! More than 5 kilometers away from the hotel, there is a Gandantan Jielang Temple, Tibetan Buddhist monastery, temples are not big, non-commercial attractions! ! ! Those who are destined to worship can go. When riding on the Huahai Grassland, there is a chance to see the groundhog!

Highly recommended to stay here if you come to Chaka Salt Lake. The Boss is very friendly and kind. He fetched us from the bus stop which is not too far, about 10 minutes walk from the bus stop on the main road. The hotel is nicely decorated and clean. The staff are also helpful.

We were 3 people on a business trip and didn't expect to have a 4-person room. There was a large bed and two single beds. The room was large, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the transportation was convenient, and the room was clean. I will stay here again next time.
