However, the disappointing thing is that the Grab pickup location is confusing. The Vietnamese people came to the wrong place haha.. And the staff are a bit weak in English~^^;;;; There were even some people who kept speaking in Vietnamese haha. Communication is not good.. ~^^;;; Can't use the lounge bar...closes early... The swimming pool is very nice~~ Divided into children and adults ~~^^ I was worried because I was short, but the depth of the water was 1.4m, so it was okay for me, who can't swim. First of all, it was clean ~^^ Since we were in the same gym, the gym staff accepted the towels we used ~~^^ Breakfast didn't have a lot of variety, but it was worth eating. Do you wish there was a little more to eat?? Compared to other hotels, there are a lot of things to eat lightly, but there are fewer dishes than expected ~~^^;;; The coffee is really delicious haha. Dishes like rice noodles are dangerous, so I'm so glad they brought it to my seat ~~^^ It's a bit disappointing that Netflix isn't available...YouTube is available haha. Smartly, the hotel renewal was shown very well on TV. The water pressure is really good. It's nice that it's like a chair to sit on in the shower room. ~~♡♡ I hope it becomes a high-quality hotel with a little more time👍

Cost-effective, the basic configuration of the hotel is worthy of this price. The proprietress at the front desk will speak some English and the service attitude is very good. Hotel location is OK. The hotel is also clean.

Arrived on Dec. 30th. and welcomed by Mr. Huy, front desk manager, with his captivating smile. I enjoyed two blissfully wonderful days. Mr. Billy, Food and Beverage Manager, was so kind, during my first breakfast. The meal to welcome 2022 was superb. Master Chef Kenny presented a most imaginative and mouth watering menu of delight. We started with a scrumptious pumpkin and salmon tart, followed by a flower crab salad with red lump caviar, and delightful bursts of passion fruit. An ingenious mushroom soup was next with scampi prawn and lobster bisque. For me, a life lover of fungi, this was a new experience of wonder. We then enjoyed a beautiful salmon dish served in a rich and tasty broth. Fillet Mignon and death by chocolate completed the food symphony of delight. Take a bow chef Kenny! . Later on we all enjoyed a quiz and welcomed in the New Year in a Japanese fashion with lots of bubbly. Finally, thank you Minh Trang, at reception, for finally Seeing on my way back to Hanoi.

The room was quite clean, with a washing machine and dryer, which was very convenient, but the highest elevator was on the 7th floor, and you had to climb down the stairs on the 8th and 9th floors. The breakfast was mainly Japanese style, and the view outside was nice every day while eating breakfast. I will stay at this hotel again next time, and the staff are very nice

It's just the best. I stayed there in March because a deal was made and I came back after 2 months. They keep upgrading their service and restaurant food. The staff's friendliness is also good. I have good memories of my 2 nights and 3 days.

We were satisfied at check in from reception, bell boy & security who help us to open car'door and guide for parking, receptionists were so warm and kind, helping for luggages. We were very impresive with the room's space, all facility clean, good arrangement. My wife love the washing machine 😍😍😍 Everything here was perfect, thanks to service staffs full of supported requires & introduction of local cusine restaurants. The room's equipment would be perfect for a long stay family.

This hotel is like a piece of pure land in the hustle and bustle, quietly located at the end of a street, away from the hustle and bustle of cars and horses, but close to the prosperity. Entering the hotel, it feels like being in the royal court of Europe. The elegant design and exquisite materials decorate every space luxuriously and warmly, making people immersed in the exquisiteness and delicacy. Outside the window is the hustle and bustle of the city, and outside the door is a dazzling array of restaurants and delicacies, a feast of taste is within reach. Before, it was very difficult to find a satisfactory hotel. But from now on, maybe this is the Family Hotel I will stop at every time I come to Hai Phong or when I return home often I will stop by here. The hotel is too clean. Staff are very enthusiastic. Even the cleaning lady and the security guard are still enthusiastic kkkk. On the first floor, next to it is a popular restaurant that is very delicious and very cheap. There's a lot of food in the restaurants, just a few steps away. Conveniently close to the airport. Taking a taxi to the airport costs just over 40k VND. Generally . 100 points for the hotel. The room is very clean and the service is first-class. The beautiful woman at the front desk can communicate in English. She also introduced the surrounding supermarkets. There is a very large supermarket called GO. It is great to eat, drink coffee and tea nearby, and even eat barbecue. There is a seafood shop next to it. The seafood fried rice is super delicious. I didn't order anything else after my meal. I guess I can't go wrong because it's next to the seafood market. In the evening, there are many locals there. By the way, the boss and his wife are also very nice. What I need to say is that the price is definitely affordable. I don’t care about breakfast.
