The lady at the counter has a bad attitude. I called before I came to ask if I could come early to put my suitcase. At that moment, the lady at counter A said yes. So we came early to put our luggage. Arrive at the hotel around 11am. The counter said that I had to pay the rent. I said that I had already filled in the card fee and paid in Trip. You should confirm it in your own system first. Later I took my mobile phone to confirm. I mentioned that trip gave us an order code and PIN code. The manager also told them that having the order code means that I have already ordered it.
Next, we didn't say we wanted to check in early. Ms. B just told the counter that we would need to pay extra for early check-in (early check-in fee). Most importantly, she didn't ask us if we needed to check in early. bad attitude.
At first I spoke in Vietnamese, but later on I started speaking in Chinese.
The manager later allowed us to check in early, but the front desk manager still made me feel very uncomfortable.
