We absolutely loved our stay at Giếng Ngọc Hotel in Cat Ba. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed with their warm hospitality. They went out of their way to help us find the best transportation options, which made our trip so much smoother. Honestly, this might just be the best place to stay on the island!

Le service dans son ensemble était fluide et bien organisé. Le personnel a répondu rapidement à toutes les demandes, ce que j'ai vraiment apprécié. We had the pleasure of staying at the Gieng Ngoc hotel in Cat Ba. We always felt so welcome and a heartfelt warmth and sincerity from the staff. We stumbled on a clogged drain which they fixed immediately. We booked extra nights and they helped us find the best transport in our further endeavor. Maybe the best place to stay on the Island close to everything

We were originally booked for the hostel nested door, which the hotel collaborates with. When we arrived we were upgraded to the hotel though for unknown reasons. This they did with no extra charge and we were later allowed to extend our stay with two more nights at the same price. The receptionist was exceptionally nice and helpful. She helped us with scooter rental and booking our bus to Hue. Also the beds were soft and nice!

The hotel staff treated my sisters and I as KINGS!! Everyone was so nice and they made sure to provide the best service. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the sea view from window were so affordable!!

Just stayed the one night here. Very well located in the centre of Cat Ba for transport and tour companies. Clean cheap and comfortable. No hesitation in recommending if you need a stopover. Breakfast not included, but plenty of cafes just outside the door.
