曼居酒店和開元酒店同址營業，但到達停車場後標識不明，到達酒店大堂後都不知道曼居酒店在哪裡。
前台服務缺乏責任心，到達後無房間，告知客人等半小時電話通知，然後就沒有然後了，繼續問詢繼續以同樣等半小時後為答覆，須知顧客不是用來敷衍的，花了比別的酒店更多的錢就是為了更好的服務。
如果第一次你直接告知等待一個小時或者半小時後的確電話通知，都比再次來到前台後繼續以半小時等打電話通知搪塞顧客來得更為妥當。
未能以顧客為中心，管理缺乏人性化。
能讓平時不評價的顧客留下這麼多文字...
