從以前朗豪到現在鉑爾曼，住過十次以上了，很難想象在雅高的管理體系下越來越差！和品牌定位漸行漸遠！
房間燈開關不好用，插座裏沒有插座，反饋響應很慢，換房後還是壞的，兩間房都由工作人員現場確認短時間無法修理，衹能繼續換房。部分工作人員服務態度敷衍，早餐早早收餐，洗澡水不熱，設施老化
酒店的原始硬件不算太差，但出現商旅酒店都不會出現的問題，酒店管理着實令人唏噓
