Kitty's exceptional assistance and attentiveness were truly commendable. She went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining options. However, there were some glaring issues that affected my experience. First and foremost, the Wi-Fi connection was terrible. As a traveler, having reliable internet access is essential for staying connected and planning daily activities. Unfortunately, the unreliable Wi-Fi at the hotel made this difficult, and it was quite frustrating. Additionally, the swimming pool was a letdown. Despite appearing beautiful in the pictures, it was actually dirty during my stay. I was looking forward to relaxing by the poolside, but the unclean water made it an unappealing option. Furthermore, the location of the hotel was a significant drawback. It was far from most of the popular attractions and amenities, making it inconvenient and time-consuming to travel to places of interest. I found myself spending more time commuting than enjoying the destination itself. On the culinary front, while there was a restaurant called ”China First,” the food was indeed excellent. However, I can't overlook the fact that it was expensive, and overall, the hotel felt overpriced for the amenities and services provided.

The room facilities are very complete, and the service of the front desk staff F is very good. The room uses Tmall Genie's guest control, which is also very sensitive. You can go to the front desk to process the face recognition, and you don't need a room card to enter and exit the room. It's really great. The TV is very large and can cast the screen. It's so cool to curl up in bed and watch a movie when you are tired of playing. The bathroom is not only dry and wet, but also has a fully intelligent toilet. I recommend everyone to try it! There is also freshly ground coffee on the first floor of the hotel. It tastes very good. The most exciting thing is that the hotel is also equipped with a gym and washing machine. It is so convenient. I have stayed in so many hotels in Haikou, but only Ruijing made me feel like I was back home. Across the street is the duty-free city. The hotel will also give discounts of 15% to 95% and vouchers of 2,778 yuan. Just go crazy shopping. It's the favorite of girls. After receiving the discount, we saved a lot of money. Families traveling to Haikou must try it

A very cost-effective hotel. This is my second time staying at it. It has a clean swimming pool and an 800-meter underground hot spring. The bath water in the hotel is also hot spring water. When I checked in, the front desk clerk took the initiative to upgrade it to a suite and gave me a free one. The breakfast buffet is really great👏, the hotel is clean, the facilities are complete, and the environment is beautiful. The service attitude of the hotel staff is very good. There is free underground parking space and the breakfast is rich in variety. I will continue to choose it next time I pass by this hotel.
