Renna管家服務很不錯，提前打電話聯繫安排房間，還送了一份水果，整體來説還是不錯的體驗，裝修風格挺不錯的，對面就是萬象城，購物非常方便，期待下一次再來。

First, I checked into the original room type. When I went to the room, I felt that the view and size were a bit disappointing. Then I went to the front desk and asked if there were any better rooms. The front desk recommended a suite and took me to see the room. After seeing the suite, I felt that it was the same as the original room. The difference in the reservation was not only small but also a huge difference in terms of area and view. In the end, brother Kobe at the front desk gave me a 10% discount on the price difference in order to make my stay better. I saved some money and said that it would be better to have a suite. Very good. The hotel staff recommended the seafood hotpot restaurant next to it which is also very good. The price is right and the selection is fresh. The ingredients are better than those used in many restaurants. The location and environment are generally okay.

這次的入住真的非常滿意，主要感謝前台Elsa和Judy兩位的熱情服務，前台Judy細心的介紹訂單包含的禮遇，辦理入住迅速，還幫忙預約了旅拍，開心。43樓前台環境好，裝修很新，整體的設計漂亮，入住期間前台Elsa真的是服務迅速，在吃完飯在前台告知需要多送幾瓶水，需要乳膠枕，Elsa就通知阿姨全都送到房間了，棒👍🏻，這次很開心到朗廷住，真心建議大家來這家酒店住，碼住！！！

房間很乾凈，酒店服務不錯，值得推薦

酒店的佈局和房間設備整體都保養的很好，完全看不出來是開了很久的，客房也很乾凈敞亮，入住前對房間有些要求就聯繫了酒店，客服小姐姐Vicky非常的奈斯，體驗感直接拉滿，旁邊就是萬象城，周邊出行，吃喝都很便利，大大大推薦！
