Four Points by Sheraton Haikou International Airport Hotel

Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Haikou was absolutely perfect! The hotel ambiance was clean and impressive. The front desk service was warm and attentive, making check-in quick and easy. Our room was neat, dry, and comfortably laid out. The complimentary airport shuttle was punctual and hassle-free. Breakfast was rich and delicious. The location is excellent, making getting around super convenient, and there's even a mall right next door. The value for money here is outstanding. This is definitely our top choice when visiting Haikou!

I had a very satisfying stay! The hotel is super convenient for the airport, the room was clean and tidy, and the environment was comfortable. The bedding was high quality. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and responded promptly; they were full of energy and very efficient even when I checked in late at night. The breakfast had a good variety and tasted delicious. The location is excellent, the facilities are comprehensive, and it offers great value for money. I highly recommend it! Just a note: during peak hours, when using the airport shuttle, it would be helpful if staff paid more attention to the commercial vehicles and perhaps proactively asked passengers for their last digit of their booking number. This would help prevent drivers from missing guests due to a high volume of pickups and drop-offs.

My experience at Four Points by Sheraton Haikou was fantastic! The location is excellent, close to the airport, and the 24-hour complimentary airport shuttle service was a really thoughtful touch. The room was spacious and bright, clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and a well-designed bathroom with separate wet and dry areas. The front desk staff were warm and efficient. Breakfast was rich and varied, and the facilities were comprehensive, including a fitness center and a swimming pool. It's very convenient for getting around and offers great value for money, perfect for both business trips and vacations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Haikou!

This was a really bad stay. The shower area was super slippery, not nearly enough anti-slip measures. Plus, the room lighting was so dim it made me feel depressed. Not a good room at all, and the cleanliness right outside the door was also terrible.

The hotel is very close to the airport, and the rooms are quite spacious, well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The front desk staff were very responsive, provided smiling service, and check-in was fast. There's free parking and a 24-hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Dining options nearby are also convenient. We only stayed one night for an early morning flight, and it felt very convenient and offered great value for money. Highly recommended for guests with similar needs.

I booked this room for my parents. The hotel environment was excellent, and the room was spacious and clean! Since my parents are older and sometimes get confused, the hotel staff's service attitude was amazing. They even arranged airport transfers for them, which made us all very satisfied.

The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Meilan Airport, which is very convenient and thoughtful. The front desk staff kindly provided a complimentary breakfast and late check-out. The breakfast spread was extensive, with various pastries and noodle soups.

Facilities: The air conditioning worked exceptionally well. Breakfast was served from 6 AM to 10 AM and offered a good variety of options. Service: The shuttle bus service for airport pick-up and drop-off was very convenient. Cleanliness: The room had no strange smells, the sheets and duvet weren't damp at all, and the mattress was incredibly soft and comfortable.

The room was spacious, bright, clean, and hygienic. The hotel is very new and close to the airport, with an airport shuttle service which is super convenient. The breakfast was plentiful, and there are plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended!
