Beware of the damp/ mould problem before you book here. The rooms smell like thick damp. The back of the bathroom door was stained with mould/ mildew. It was so bad my daughter was unable to stop coughing in the morning, she settled when we went outside. A member of staff told us it was a known issue, and the rooms have the cheap dehumidifier pots on top of the wardrobes (the disposable ones you can buy from B&M). It was full of water. Rooms are louder than other premier inns we’ve stayed in. You can hear the rooms next door which I’ve never experienced in a premier inn.

Following our stay at the Premier Inn Hagley i had to say we were very impressed with the beds, they were very comfortable and the room was big enough to accommodate a double and a single bed without feeling cramped. The staff went above and beyond especially the gentleman who carried my elderly parents luggage up to their room. I had an issue with my room card and the reception staff went above and beyond to sort it out quickly. The car park was big enough to not have an issue with parking. The only issue was the Beefeater pub opposite which for some bizarre reason had very little choice of food, despite this the food was good.

The staff in the hotel were fantastic and the managers in the restaurant. the waiting staff moan because we were on meal deals and asked us to eat in the bar which we did for 2 weeks. The cleanliness of the shower heads and the remote controls were disgusting and the bathrooms are tidy.

We stayed here inbetween visiting West Midlands safari park and cadburys world. The hotel was clean and as like other premier inns had everything you needed for a room for the night. The kids love bunking up in one room. Staff were friendly and helpful so overall a great stay. Only reason it’s not a 5 star was the fan in the bathroom needs fixing and was very noisy.

Very friendly staff, in a good location, WiFi wasn't perfect but didn’t cause an issue. Lovely touch with chocolate and colouring supplied for our children, helped keep them quiet and entertained! Will come again, and would recommend! Thank you ☺️

A perfect stay. Friendly receptionist on both arrival and departure. Spotlessly clean room. Requested a ground floor room as accompanied by my 94 year old mum, the room was spot on ! I cannot fault my stay at Hagley Premier Inn will definitely stay there again

Lovey receptionist, quick and easy check in. We stayed on Sat 14th Sept, checked in just after 3pm no queues, receptionist booked tables in restaurant for us. Room set as quad but only needed twin, this was sorted straight away. We was staying for my granddaughters karate tournament. The hotel is small, clean and friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was hot fresh and tasty.
