We used a twin bed and tatami mats ocean view semi open-air baths and Japanese style rooms and sea side Japanese rooms. The Japanese-Western room was new and we were able to relax slowly in a room that was too large for two people. The bath was semi open-air, so it was good not to be cold even in winter. I booked a Japanese-style room only for sleeping, but I was able to spend time enjoying the excitement of sleeping on a mattress on the tatami mats. The futon was prepared at dinner. There were two hot springs, and open-air baths and saunas were available. The amenities and dressers were substantial. The meal was prepared in the morning and evening, and the fish and meat were delicious. The staff took care of me and I was able to spend a very fulfilling time. Thank you very much.

Having similar apartment booked with the same host for the trip. Frankly, overall experience is good, though this property is a little dusty. Hagi is not a city for shopping, also found it difficult for dining out though quite a number of restaurants around, most of them were fully booked on the day we stay. Have to drive 5 minutes for food around McDonald's and Lawson. It's still a great place to visit and stay at this property and a property value for money!

Service was really first rate. Despite our not speaking Japanese, the staff were always patient and helpful. They guided us in adapting to the Ryokan customs and provided very personalized service without being intrusive. The gardens and facilities are well maintained and create a serene experience.

I went on a short trip to Hagi with my daughter who came home from afar after a long time. I couldn't make a reservation for the accommodation because it was decided a month ago, but I was relieved to get the Hagi Travel Inn somehow. There is a TV, but the screen is very small Transportation: Crossing a bridge across is Dongguan Station, I got off from Dongguan Station, so I feel that this location is very convenient! I didn't take the bus in the city, so I don't know if the bus is convenient, but I don't have to walk around. Features: There is no room card, the key is used. Note: If you go out, you need to put the key at the front desk and come back to collect it. Although the front desk often can't see people, but some sound will appear soon. The only regret is that there is no elevator and there are stairs, so you need to carry the suitcase up upstairs by yourself, the staff will not help

Overall I was very satisfied. The weather was not good, so it was a little disappointing to think that I could see a more beautiful sunset and rising sun if it was sunny ... The location is good and the view is good. It's on the beach, and there's a little island in front of it. The employees are very enthusiastic. There's a sign of hard work on the budget. The dinner was delicious.
