Regarding the location, it is very convenient to go to the tourist attractions of Hagi in 10 minutes by car, and there is a free bicycle rental in the inn. Regarding the service, I am satisfied with the hospitality of a general inn. I went with an infant, but the floor of the restaurant venue was tatami mats, so I was allowed to sit on tatami mats during meals. Also, when I asked for hot water for milk preparation, he was willing to respond. The dinner was very large and the quality of the dishes was a large amount of cooking, but I was able to enjoy a lot of fugu dishes. Especially the fugu sashimi was delicious. Basically, I am satisfied, but if I give you a problem, the power of the dryer was very weak, so I thought it would be better to bring a long hair. Another point is that the passage to the restaurant hall is not barrier free but there is a staircase up and down.

We used a twin bed and tatami mats ocean view semi open-air baths and Japanese style rooms and sea side Japanese rooms.
The Japanese-Western room was new and we were able to relax slowly in a room that was too large for two people.
The bath was semi open-air, so it was good not to be cold even in winter.
I booked a Japanese-style room only for sleeping, but I was able to spend time enjoying the excitement of sleeping on a mattress on the tatami mats. The futon was prepared at dinner.
There were two hot springs, and open-air baths and saunas were available.
The amenities and dressers were substantial.
The meal was prepared in the morning and evening, and the fish and meat were delicious.
The staff took care of me and I was able to spend a very fulfilling time. Thank you very much.

Having similar apartment booked with the same host for the trip. Frankly, overall experience is good, though this property is a little dusty. Hagi is not a city for shopping, also found it difficult for dining out though quite a number of restaurants around, most of them were fully booked on the day we stay. Have to drive 5 minutes for food around McDonald's and Lawson. It's still a great place to visit and stay at this property and
a property value for money!

Service was really first rate. Despite our not speaking Japanese, the staff were always patient and helpful. They guided us in adapting to the Ryokan customs and provided very personalized service without being intrusive. The gardens and facilities are well maintained and create a serene experience.

Excellent
BBeicunIt's only been a year since it opened, so it was beautiful everywhere. The owner was also very friendly, and it was warm to introduce and talk to recommended shops.
The amenities you have are also nice and like women.
I walk a little from the station, but I was very grateful that the owner was willing to drive to the station and tourist attractions.
I would like to use it when I come to Hagi again!
LlabuThe location is good and the view is good.
It's on the beach, and there's a little island in front of it.
The employees are very enthusiastic.
There's a sign of hard work on the budget.
The dinner was delicious.
GGuest UserIt was a smaller hotel than I saw in the introduction video. The point I was worried about was that the TV in the room was not easy to turn on and it broke down? When I thought about it, it seems that the plastic guide card in front of the TV interfered and the sensor did not work. You should shift the position a little. Later, I'm glad that the dinner was very delicious, but the order came out. The thick kakuni came out to the end ... I wanted to eat a little earlier with my last full stomach. But the female staff felt good and liked it.
The breakfast was also very delicious with a lot of items.
Both the indoor and open-air baths are not large, but they were well cleaned and comfortable. Overall I was very satisfied.
The weather was not good, so it was a little disappointing to think that I could see a more beautiful sunset and rising sun if it was sunny ... I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
