ottimo hotel con spa fantastica. Stanze molto confortevoli e pulite. Personale molto attento e gentile pronto a soddisfare ogni necessità dell'ospite. La cucina è eccellente e molto curata dalla prima colazione fino a cena. Putroppo bisogna possedere molto autocontrollo per non abbandonarsi alle tentazioni dei fari buffet.

Nach 3 Jahren waren wir endlich wieder im Chalet Mirabell. Wunderbar. Wir haben sogar dasselbe Zimmer gehabt wie damals und unseren Wunschtisch beim Essen. Wir wurden absolut herzlich empfangen, und Kellner Alessandro kümmerte sich ganz toll um uns. Es wurde wirklich jeder Wunsch erfüllt. Das Essen war wunderbar (Die Suppe im Glas manchmal zu heiss, vielleicht doch mal Teller?) , der Kuchen nachmittags mußte sein, und der Espresso Martini war grandios. Ich habe sehr gerne in der Bar gesessen, auch die Live Musik war toll. Spa Bereich natürlich auch wunderbar, mein Mann genoss die Sauna Gänge bei Tamara und Florian. Wir werden auf jeden Fall auch ein 3. Mal wiederkommen.

Hotel davvero eccezionale. Location favolosa con vista da favola. La spa (la più grande che io abbia mai visto e ne ho viste parecchie) 6000mq con sauna cinema, bio sauna e sauna finlandese, bagno turco e aroma terapia più di 4 aree relax una diversa dall’altra, sala yoga e palestra super attrezzata, insomma davvero bellissima. Piscina per famiglie impeccabile come scivoli e area per bambini. Alla cucina del ristorante non riesco a trovare un difetto, tutto buonissimo. Stanze molto ampie con balconi di 10mq con vista diretta sulle montagne. 3 difetti. Il primo l’housekeeping non è delle migliori, non fraintendetemi la stanza viene pulita ma non con pa cura che gli ospiti si aspettano da una struttura di questo tipo. Il secondo è che alcuni dipendenti dell’albergo ( ne ho trovati 2) non parlano nemmeno un italiano. Ricordo che siamo ancora in Italia anche se non sembrerebbe. Il terzo è che essendo una struttura per famiglie anche con bambini piccoli uno si aspetterebbe di trovare i seggiolini per le biciclette, ma alla richiesta in reception ci hanno risposto che se avessimo trovato qualcosa da acquistare in qualche negozio potevamo attaccarle comodamente alle loro bici. Struttura comunque davvero incredibile dove trovare relax al 100%

Wir hätten im Chalet Hotel Mirabell super gerne ein paar Tage mit unseren Kindern verbracht! Für unser 10 Wochen altes Baby ruft das Hotel 140€ pro Nacht auf! Bei aller Liebe unser Sohn braucht weder Essen noch den Kidsclub ! Auf Nachfrage ob das wirklich sein kann , kam lediglich die Antwort : „ Ist halt so“ ! In keinem anderen Hotel wurde jemals so eine hohe Summe für unser Baby aufgerufen ! ( für unseren 7-jährigen Sohn werden 160€/Nacht verlangt , was auch absolut ok ist. )

hotel non adatto alle famiglie con bambini piccoli e tanto meno il mini club, il soggiorno è durato 7 notti ho potuto usufruire del miniclub 1 sola volta in quanto al sabato e la domenica non ci sono assistenti al martedì e giovedì solo dalle 13 alle 21 invece lunedì , mercoledì e venerdì dalle 10 alle 21 di cui il mercoledì viene fatta una gita pomeridiana di circa 2 ore pertanto per chi rimane in hotel non è presente nessun assistente per i bambini pertanto mi reco alla reception per chiedere una eventuale babysitter e mi viene detto che c'è la possibilità al prezzo di 55€/h (però economica) è veramente una vergogna.(questo non viene scritto sul sito dell'hotel) il buffet pomeridiano è inesistente sia per adulti che per bambini, naturalmente se si vuole qualcosa al di fuori certo c'è disponibile la carta tutto a pagamento anche l'acqua del rubinetto al prezzo di € 3,5 a caraffa da 66 cl o la bottiglia a € 5,50 da 66 cl. Naturalmente la posizione, il centro benessere, il personale molto disponibile e simpatico anche se qualcuno non parla italiano sicuramente non ci torno più

Sulla location e l'hotel in se stesso nulla da eccepire, sulla conduzione invece moltissimo. La stanza non è stata riaccomodata per la notte, frigobar miserissimo, linea igiene e saponi molto dozzinali. Personale in piscina e negli spazi dell'Hotel inesistente. Ma la parte peggiore è la ristorazione; si mangia malissimo e la qualità è pessima. Il buffet di mezzogiorno , una vera presa in giro: pizza surgelata pessima, insalate e delle costolette di bovino a lunga cottura grassissime e immangiabili, dessert le brioches avanzate della colazione. Lista vini inavvicinabile, pessimo prosecco a €.40,00 e su a salire anche coi vini locali. A colazione viene messo a disposizione un vino frizzante con tappo a fungo in plastica dal valore di €.2.50. Il top comunque servire il tonno alla griglia con ghiaccio all'interno della porzione. Beh d'altra parte quando si viene a sapere che lo chef è tedesco non si può pretendere...... Non darei per niente e un altra occasione.

Che dire.. un’esperienza da favola, coccolati dall’inizio alla fine!!! Personale super gentile ad ogni esigenza richiesta!!!! Vacanza di super relax non solo per noi adulti, ma anche per i nostri figli!!!! È un piacere soggiornare in strutture di questo genere, dove al momento della partenza non vorresti mai andare via!!! Das Hotel bietet alles, was das Herz begehrt, manchmal sogar mehr. Wir waren das zwölfte mal im Mirabell und werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen! Besonders angenehm das gesamte Team um Familie Reiterer. Im Hotel relaxen und die Berge ringsum erwandern, was gibt es schöneres!

Das Chalet Mirabelle war der Abschluss unserer Reise. Zuvor waren wir in Balderschwang und am Achensee. Und auch hier haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Erstklassiger, sehr freundlicher Service, eine sehr gepflegte Anlage und ein atemberaubendes Panorama. Der Wellnessbereich ist groß und bietet ausreichend Ruhemöglichkeiten. Es gibt drei Saunen, eine Infrarotsauna und ein Dampfbad, sowie verschiedene kleine Pools zur Abkühlung. Für kalte und heiße Getränke ist immer gesorgt. Neben dem schönen Schwimmteich gibt es auch einen Pool für Kinder und einen Pool nur für Erwachsene an der Sunset Bar. Sonnenliegen sind ausreichend vorhanden. Zwar handelt es sich nicht um ein Adults only Hotel, jedoch gibt es im Restaurant und bei den Pools eine gute Aufteilung für Erwachsene und Familien mit Kindern. Lediglich tobende und schreiende Kinder nach 22 Uhr in der Mountain Blue Bar haben wir als störend und unpassend empfunden. Die Besitzer sind sehr herzlich und waren bei verschiedenen Events persönlich anwesend um sich mit den Gästen zu unterhalten. Neben Barbecue zum Lunch, Sushi Night und Live Music wurden auch verschiedene Wanderungen angeboten. Hier gibt es unterschiedliche nette Routen, die Anfänger sowie Geübte laufen können. Das Essen war sowohl zum Frühstück, Lunch sowie Abendessen ein Genuß. Abwechslungsreich und mehr als ausreichend. Insgesamt waren es sehr erholsame 5 Tage und wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.
