In case you don't read the entire review, I'll summarize it: Don't stay here. We booked for the same day, 2 hours before arriving so they probably weren't expecting us, though I've never seen a hotel with a COMPLETELY abandoned reception before. Sure, take a bathroom or snack break but at least be in the premise? Reception had a printed paper saying if it's empty ring the bell or call the number. We rang. Nothing. I called 3 times and it only went through the last time. The lady seemed annoyed that there was no one at the reception. Said there was no record of our booking, I told her we had the e-mail to prove it. Reluctantly, she agreed to send someone over. After 10 minutes, a lady (by her voice, I'm assuming the same one) shows up in short shorts and a low cut shirt with her cleavage out. I'd give you her name but I guess her "uniform" didn't make it mandatory to wear a tag. I try to overlook this but she didn't even ask for our name nor were we able to pay upon arrival? This was because "we might use stuff in the room that costs extra". Something I've never heard of as the guest always pays upfront and THEN pays for extras at the checkout. "What time is checkout tomorrow?" I ask. I kid you not, her response was: "Uhh, I don't know?" The guest behind her had to say "I think it's noon." I ask to see the key that my fiancé had and it's just a key in a keychain with a duct taped piece of paper written in handwriting. I handed it back to her and said that this was unprofessional. She gave me a look as if I had just disrespected her ancestors. She didn't even have to say how mad she was that we clearly pulled her out of a Saturday night party or something to get us checked in (if you can even call this process a check-in) only to have us reject staying there. My fiancé swears he could smell alcohol on her breath as he was given the key as well. Fortunately there was no fee of cancelation. If you're lucky and someone professional works you might get a relatively good stay as the place seemed nice, aesthetically and relatively quiet. It just didn't happen to us.
