Clean modern room at nice location, good pool across the street (Aqualuna for hotel guests free of charge with a ticket from the reception), breakfast at another building (main hotel building). Bed N3- is just squeezed in double room, matrass bad quality, like sleeping on sunbed. Both pillows uncomfortable. Overall, sleeping quality on this bed was zero.

Las fotos oficiales del establecimiento no se corresponden con la realidad, esa terraza magnifica es de la zona executive del hotel próximo. Es un alojamiento funcional, con una recepción y sala de desayuno centralizadas para varios edificios de apartamentos. Las zonas comunes del edificio dejan mucho que desear, pero las habitaciones son amplias y confortables, aunque les hace falta un repaso. Desayuno clásico de hotel. Le sobra una estrella.

Rooms cleaned to high standard. Reception and pool area exceptional. They are high rise buildings in a busy area so there is a funny smell. We requested to not be on a high floor but however got put 2nd floor to top. Breakfast excellent but could be hotter. Good selection of food.

Great location, reasonably priced. Full use of main hotel amenities. Friendly staff. Fairly decent breakfast although the ‘hot’ food could have been hotter 🙈 We had a double and triple room, Room decor could do with a freshen up triple had a camp style bed, my daughter could sleep on a bed of nails so she was happy enough on that. bed linen was clean on arrival however could have been changed more often during stay, particularly the pillow cases. Great size en-suite in both rooms and powerful shower with plenty of hot water. Over all happy and would rebook. .

Urban Rooms are a set of rooms only (no facilities) all facilities are in the main hotel down the road. Its on a junction of 4 roads, so quite noisy. There is also quite a bit of noise from other occupants. The height of the sink in the bathroom was very high. I am 5'10", and it was just ok - my friend struggled. We visited in May, and trying to board the public buses near the hotel was a struggle (always full). Breakfast was in the main hotel - and OK. The bed and pillows were comfy. Tea making, coffee maker, hairdryer, fridge and safe included in the room which is good. A bottle of water was included most days too.

Several problems in the room. Reported the next day. Change of room after 2 days, which could have been done more quickly. Perfect breakfast. Very friendly staff..

Great place for a first visit. The location was well centred and well connected. The welcome drinks on the rooftop were a great touch too!! The staff were lovely and very accommodating and I loved that all of the hotel’s facilities including the pool club were available for us to use
