"The room is spacious and bright, I checked in in the afternoon! Hygiene is relatively clean! The indoor temperature is quite warm! Enjoy the snowy scenery outside through the glass. The breakfast buffet has many varieties and is quite rich! It’s delicious, the kids love it! I tried the self-service laundry room on the second floor. When I was doing laundry, I exercised in the gym next to it. After I finished exercising, my clothes were washed! Very convenient! The hotel staff's service attitude is full of enthusiasm and makes people feel very comfortable! Paying great attention to every detail of the guests, there will be no flaws! GGuest UserI have lived in the Media Hotel many times. I have lived in the deluxe double room and the executive double room. I am really disappointed this time. I am disappointed except for the very good service of the front desk staff.
I have stayed in our hotel shortly after the opening. I can feel the service. The room is cleaned and the parking is more convenient. I have always evaluated our home relatively high, which is my usual first choice. But this stay disappointed me. First of all, the health problem was that cigarette butts were found in the bathroom, and there were a lot of them. Obviously, they were not cleaned. The front desk staff handled the problem in place and upgraded the room in time.
There are still some problems after the upgrade:
1. The hygiene is still poor, the bedside table has obvious dust, the paper is very dark, the shoe cabinet is dirty, and it is obviously the trace of something scattered on it after drying, and it has not been wiped at all.
2. The room can clearly hear the sound of leeks on the second floor and similar range hoods at about five o'clock, and the noise is very loud.
3. The restaurant staff has a poor service attitude. As soon as they enter the house, they will say: Give me the breakfast coupon, which is not good. Do I have to be polite to you for the breakfast coupon I have to spend more money.
The problem with the hotel is the health service. The problem with the noise is that the room is close to the restaurant kitchen on the second floor. It is a hard problem and understandable. But the health and restaurant service have now become so bad. I think we should really strengthen staff training.
