The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout our stay" . We enjoyed the delicious lunch and breakfast in the morning. The rooms were very comfortable. Bathroom need to be improved.

I had wonderful experience. Hotel is located at good location not far from railway station and laxmibai smarak is at walking distance. Entire staff is polite and courteous. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Beds were not done properly. Bed sheets were not changed. Extra bed given was not in great conditions. Very lofty pillow without any jaan into it. Difficult to operate lock of the main door and similar feedback for 3 rooms given. Not so great bathrooms and no hot water immediately- u need to wait for atleast 15-20 mins. Breakfast spread is very bed. Below the hotel - the pohawala is better than hotel breakfast.

The rooms are good, neat and clean except for some problems in the bathroom, the shower tap not working properly
